The loadshedding backup battery made a lot of noise without being afore warned in advance and every time the power went out a beeping sound woke us up every morning and we had to get up and reset the button to stop the sound. We went on vacation to be able to sleep in and we did not get that, every morning we were woken up. They did not credit us or give us a free night stay and that was sad. Also, the bathroom lights did not work in the ceiling and were not fixed during our stay at all. Will not stay here again, unfortunately. The Wi-Fi was also bad during loadshedding and after it was super slow.
