6 guests' feedbackThe apartment is clean, tidy and has everything you need. Beautiful view of the lagoon.
In future, I will rather choose an apartment with a sea view. Other than that access to our apartment was drama-free. It was just pleasant.
The pictures of the place look better than it actually is. The complex needs a lot of attention. The area and the regulars in the complex are not my type. The apartment itself is pretty good though.
We only had one issue with the front door, it broke and locked us in the entire day, it was however fixed later on that day.
It's a very nice location.
Problem is that the room that I booked was a private room. I learnt about that when I went to reception to ask help about the sliding door. The receptionist told me that it's a private room, they are not allowed to help, only apartments. They belong to them. We had a problem with toilet paper, it was finished, so they couldn't help us. I tried to phone the person who was supposed to assist us. His phone was ringing. I even left a message about the sliding door. He didn't have any decency to come back to me. We wanted en extra towel, but we had no one to assist. For the money I paid I was expecting good service, or an explanation about the kind of service I was going to get. To me service was not on point.
