We had a lovely stay, the view is unbeatable and had everything we needed. But it is worth noting that 2 of the 4 rooms are outside the house. This made it difficult to set the alarm or lock the house from the inside at night as the "outside rooms" people could not get access to the house. One room was very stuffy like it doesn't get air, and the other room's shower literally had mould in the shower and big mould spots on the shower curtain and cold water. This setup definitely does not work if you have kids as you cannot have them sleeping "outside the house". The main bathroom also has a "loose build-in carpet on a concrete floor" that is a bit unpractical. The view from the roof is also amazing, but there is nothing like furniture up there, so it is an unutilized space from the photos you see as advertised. My 3-year-old son also found a pop-rivet somewhere in the house and scratched the TV with it. We reported it and replaced the tv with the exact same new one before we left. It was a very unfortunate incident. The yard is also not closed (not that you want it closed in), but we had people walking up to us in the house, asking for food/money. We felt a bit unsafe and "on guard" in that regard. We had to drive quite a distance to go drop keys as well. Otherwise, a nice house with everything you need. Just a tad overpriced for what you get.

Also, in the first main bedroom, the carpets were a bit smelly.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The house is comfortable and cozy and the location is unbeatable. Wonderful service. Incredible view of the entire lagoon. Two bedrooms are not inside the house, but that didn't bother us at all.
The house was perfect, the location and we were close to shops that were walking distance from Langoonside. And we had the most beautiful sea view.
The house's location is excellent. It is definitely not value for money.

- As this is a residential home we appreciate your respect to the property as well as the neighbors; and therefore, we do not permit loud parties or disruption to the neighbourhood or the home in any way.
- Late arrivals will be charged at R250 per hour or part thereof, up until 21:00, payable in cash on arrival. No check ins will be done after 21:00 and you will be considered a no-show.
- A refundable breakage deposit of R2 500 is applicable to each booking and to be paid directly to the agent via EFT prior to arrival. This will be refunded in part on or in full, depending on breakages that might have occurred during your stay, within 10 working days after the date of departure.
