Yes, good value for money.
Although the place is very neat and well furnished with all necessities, it seems that the "quiet after 10pm" rule does not apply to everyone. We didn't get any rest, as people in the flat next to us didn't come back from town until after 22:00 and then hung out until 03:00 the next morning. Not a pleasant experience at all. Don't know how permanent tenants like it.
Great location, telephonic contact with the caretaker/cleaner, spacious in a lovely enclosed and well-kept complex.
Not helpful at all. Very sarcastic and rude. We had dirty/wet clothing in the washing machine.
