Situated on the top floor, the apartment has a lovely beach and sea view and comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The room also has a safe for valuables and the main room and lounge opens onto a large balcony. The other 2 rooms each contain a tri-bunk bed, and share the use of a bathroom with a shower. Although linen, pillows and blankets are provided, guests need to bring their own towels, toilet paper, toiletries and cleaning detergents for the kitchen. That includes dishwashing liquid, scourers and dish cloths. Clean, good quality linen, mattresses and pillows area provided. Guests must please bring their own swim towels.
Outside there is a large patio with unhindered views of the ocean and a table, chairs and couches with gas braai facilities (gas is provided).
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer and deep freeze are also available. A daily cleaning service is available on request at an additional cost and free DStv is available.
The lounge is equipped with a TV with DStv and opens onto the balcony which is equipped with a gas braai. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only on the balcony.
Undercover parking is available for 1 vehicle and additional parking is available for a trailer. Guests can make use of the communal braai areas, swimming pool or tennis court. The complex has 24-hour security and an access-controlled boom.

I really didn't expect the excellent quality, but it was really an experience. Many thanks to the owner for such an excellent "visit". I will book there again next year.
This unit on the first floor has a beautiful sea view. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and more, there was even a beach "cabana/tent" in the closet which came in so handy. The dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine in the unit was a big plus and all in working order. The whole unit is done with the most beautiful matching wooden "units". The WiFi was stable and gave no problems. The DSTV was on and had no problems. We could find absolutely no fault with the unit. Everything just works, it was so nice to just walk in and have everything already on and ready to use and not have to struggle with anything. Susan herself was also involved and wanted (and did) to make this a wonderful holiday for us. We will definitely book here again!
The master bedroom has a bath and shower that are not in the photos. This was a big plus because we have small children.
I would maybe just suggest that for longer stays clean linen be provided. We stayed for 9 nights and would've appreciated clean linen. But other than that I would say the place is perfect.
Lagoon contaminated with sewage. Beach closed for last 7 days of stay. Every single one of the 8 of us became deathly ill with diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps. Tap water undrinkable. No cleaners available, only 4 for the whole block. Kitchen sink leaks water into the back of the pots and pans. Refrigerator leaks water. Master bedroom's toilet leaks water onto the floor. Cracked glass reported, not replaced. No whisk to stir sauce or porridge. Short plastic containers to store leftover food or take with you to the beach. Insufficient linen and towels, enter with a clean set and that's the last. After that you have to arrange for new linen and towels. Need at least an extra clean set of towels and linen, freely available and when needed. Washing machine and tumble dryer hopelessly too small for the number of guests who may visit the unit. Mattresses especially in spare bedroom are not of good quality. TV cabinet doors block the view, only the person/persons right in front of the TV can watch. Stairs are a problem for older people to get into the unit.
Very neat. Love the big porch. Very convenient to be so close to the beach. Very glad the photos on the ad, and the real place, look the same. Beautiful view.
It was a lovely enjoyable weekend. We did battle as there weren't enough bath towels, we were only advised to bring beach towels with. There was also no hand soaps in bathrooms, no dish washing liquid, only tablets for the dishwasher, no cloth for the kitchen to wipe counters down etc. Fridge leaks water, so constantly having to mop the floors. Small things but it can make such a difference if attended to.
It's a good place to be. I can recommend everyone to choose Laguna 104.

The owner in the flat below made our vacation a living hell we have teenagers and we where not allowed to laugh to loud and that was 19:30 at night. At the swimming pool he stood and watched who does what wrong. With the Covid that closed the beaches on our 4th day Laguna closed the swimming pools, tennis courts and the outdoor braai areas so we had nothing to do but play games and laugh at one another, but that guy who is on their body corporate made it bad for us just to proof he is a owner.
Laguna La Crete104 meets absolutely all requirements of a vacationer. Even went the extra mile to be equipped with extra items to keep the kids occupied, plenty of linen, and the great convenience of both a washing machine and tumble dryer. At first glance, my first impression was that everything in the house is better than in the photos. Friendly service and overall cleanliness was a further plus. We were a group of 8 persons and the space was more than comfortable. Went with 2 vehicles and trailer, was assisted with extra parking with no problem. Would recommend to any vacationer.
Lovely venue which is clean and we loved the pool area.
However, toilet leaked and was a problem. We reported it, but no person was sent out.
