Apartment is right on the beach.
We would have liked a cleaner to help with cleaning the floors and the bathrooms as the cleaning supplies in the cleaning cupboard did not have everything in them. Children complained about the beds not sleeping well and the freezer was too small for all our frozen stuff. Furthermore, everything was in place, the decor of the place was very nice. Overall we had a very nice holiday. Will want to stay closer to the lagoon on the ground floor next time.
I was offered a different and dirty unit.
Friendly staff and a beautiful complex: neat, clean, very well maintained.
Very clean, tidy, friendly guards at the gate and the place is patrolled from time to time. Very quiet and peaceful place. Would definitely go there again and recommend to anyone.
We had a particularly nice stay and holiday at Laguna La Crete. A spacious apartment with everything you need. Very clean and tidy.

House rules
- A cleaning fee of R500 is charged above the room rate.- A R1000 key/breakage deposit is required. It must be EFT'ed a minimum of 48 hours before your arrival. Once the Quote has been accepted, the banking details will be shared with you where the deposit can be sent. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property, that the property is left in a tidy state with no breakages, the keys are returned by 10 am on the day of departure and no fines have been issued by the complex with regards to your stay.
Please take note: If there is any blood messed on any of the linen for any reason, as the guest, you will be required to rinse the linen before we will be able to wash it. Due to COVID restrictions, our cleaning staff may not handle fresh blood-stained linen. If the linen is not rinsed, new linen would need to be purchased and this cost will be deducted from your deposit.
