Lovely balcony to barbecue and enjoy the view.
My oldest turned 20 on our vacation and I was honored to have my 94 year old father and 72 year old mother with me! I was very privileged to share my 84-year-old father and 72-year-old mother with our memories. Sea view was exceptional day and night. We will definitely book through the website again. It was fun but all good things come to an end.
Only when giving us the keys was a delay. The keys where given a hour later at 3pm. When we requested to leave a hour later. The lady refused abruptly. Saying she don't care if the keys were late. The stay was good. Anyway we had good holiday.
Parking at Laguna La Crete is very small, especially if you drive a big car and people don't park properly.
Very comfortable, child friendly.

Simply the nicest place we've stayed at on our many trips to Uvongo. Incredible price for the view we had in Laguna so definitely the best place overall at Laguna La Crete. Well-equipped and clean. Thank you.
Beautiful apartment with everything you could need. Best view of the sea and lagoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful and felt safe at all times.
The unit's furniture is outdated and needs cleaning. The sheets, pillows and duvets are really old and could be replaced. Showers are dirty and several floor tiles are cracked. Gas grill only works partially.

In certain cases when a deposit was paid and the client wants to cancel there will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.

More than 2 weeks before check-in, 25% deposit refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before check-in, 0% deposit refunded.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.Check-in/check-out details
House rules
- Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
