The kitchenette is equipped for self-catering with a tabletop stove, microwave, and an electric frying pan. The TV lounge features a TV with selected channels. The second lounge is known as the sea view lounge as it boasts magnificent views of the sea, breakers, and Scottburgh main beach.
Bedding is provided, and is changed once a week; guests are required to bring their own beach and bath towels. The flat is serviced twice a week, on a Tuesday and on a Saturday.
Guests are more than welcome to use the swimming pool and braai area. The braai area is equipped with a kettle braai. Parking is provided in the extended driveway, and for added security, the 2 resident guard dogs patrol the back garden.

21 guests' feedbackWe really enjoyed the time at Margaret's place and had a great stay, she was very helpful. The place is not the most modern, but everything we needed was there and it is neat. We could swim and barbecue. It's not walking distance to the beach with kids, but was still close to the beach, shops and restaurants with a short drive.
Aunt Margaret welcomed us very kindly. You just have to be careful to leave windows open when you go out, because the monkeys take over.
Great place. The only downside was that there is no stove, only a small airfryer.
Lovely apartment, a little dated, but very clean. Great view from the lounge. Very secure. Lovely pool for the beach lockdown we had to endure. Fabulous hosts. They were very helpful when our car broke down and we had to get to and from a mechanic. Most enjoyable stay.

We were disappointed in the blankets, furniture, amenities and overall dated appearance of the accommodation. My 8 year old ended up on the floor because her mattress kept sliding off the bed. We ended up moving my kids mattresses to the floor in the other bedroom just so that they could sleep. That being said, the view from the lounge is spectacular.
Lots of space and very affordable making it within reach for a family to have a good break down the South Coast.
Stairs to apartment, not recommended for people with heavy walking. Very small kitchen, but it's usable and equipped with everything needed. Two plate stove and oven. Two full bedrooms, very tidy. Very small braai, but it is sufficient for small amounts of meat. TV with DSTV.
Would stay there again for a vacation anytime. Very cozy and nice view. Owners are very friendly and hospitable.

Spacious flat, stunning view of the sea, very comfortable and safe. Friendly and helpful hosts, assisted with additional requirements. Flat was safe for my little one to wander around and safety gate installed for our peace of mind. Comfortable beds, full DSTV with comfy couches to relax on. Lovely quiet, relaxing place, a home away from home. Variety of board games provided for extra fun.

Comfortable and tidy accommodation with beautiful sea views. A little far from the sea to walk, but the view makes up for it.
