The house comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each and 1 bedroom with 4 single beds. Both bath and shower facilities are available. The central living area is open plan with a large kitchen and dining area, and a comfy lounge leading out to a spacious covered patio.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove top, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Guests have private use of the large fenced-in swimming pool, where dive training can be conducted at the deep end of the pool. The large fenced-in garden is ideal for the children to run off that excess energy, and is also suitable for pets.
In the evening, take a walk up to the hill overlooking Mgobezeleni Lake and the Indian Ocean and enjoy a sundowner, or take a walk around the local area which is ideal for hikers and bird watchers. The house overlooks the iSimangaliso reserve with an abundance of bird life.
There is plenty to do locally, such as fishing, diving, visiting the beach, snorkel trips along the coast, swimming with dolphins, whale watching and turtle dives in season, quad bike tours to Lake Sibayi, as well as visits to game reserve in northern KwaZulu-Natal.

4 guests' feedbackWe had a nice stay in this house. With 2 families. Plus there is a gate around the pool. And one lick garden to play for the little ones.
Clean and beautiful beach. Wonderful by-place.
Nice spacious house with large rooms. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room lends itself to an ideal social area with enough space for all guests. The two bedrooms on the east side of the house, as well as the living room, have sliding doors to a nice long porch where you can have a nice visit and barbecue. A pool of roughly 12m x 6m provides hours of entertainment when everyone has finished playing on the beach. However, water pressure from 2 x solar geysers is very low and makes it difficult to wash off all the sand when you have finished frolicking on the beach.
Our stay was very nice. However, we feel that the staff could be more helpful with unpacking upon your arrival and with packing if you are driving. No help was offered! Upon our arrival there was a lock visible on the gate. The one member of staff was busy at the pool. After a wait of about 5 minutes we decided to open the gates ourselves. At least the lock wasn't locked. It was only told how the house alarm works and nothing else. We had to email the owner with questions about how outside lights work after our first night in the dark.
