5 guests' feedbackWe didnt end up staying as the area felt very unsafe. When we arrived at the gate we were greeted by a teenager who didnt seem to know what was going on. People were getting their hair cut in the garden. The host was pleasant but my 12 year old daughter was freaking out so we didnt stay.
No bath and sink plugs, so could not use bath. No mat at shower or bath. Only two bath towels, not in good condition, no face towels. Didn't use shower, didn't look clean.
I would like to say, what a lovely stay. Lala was such an amazing host as well as her sister. Lala owns the place but yet she was on top of everything. Thank you Lala for making a girls trip an amazing experience. I will do this again.
I booked 3 rooms for us and 2 other families to stay overnight after a function. According to the website there were 3 bedrooms with sleeping space for 3 people per room, I then asked if it was possible to put an extra mattress in 2 of the rooms for 1 extra child per room. Great was our dismay to find only a double bed in each room and a double inflatable mattress in each of the two other rooms. The toilet in one room was faulty, luckily it was fixed before we got back from our function. Ceiling fans in 2 of the rooms were broken, one bathroom door wouldn't close at all (handle put on wrong), this was only dismissed with a shrug when reported. The showers look nothing like advertised. Best of all? Our friends had to (we suspect) sleep in the caretaker's private room! Closets in bedroom and bathroom were full of clothes and toiletries.
To start with the place looked untidy as we entered the gate. Then they were not welcoming and not even aware that we booked. Even after showing them proof of payment they didn't show any interest. Inside the rooms there was just one glass when we specified that we were two. I had to go ask for a glass to be told they don't have them. There were no towels, I had to go and ask for them and I was told to go fetch them on the washing line. Your showers are too small, the bath was not working and I couldn't have a cup of coffee in the morning as there was nothing. Again they didn't give us our change, all in the name of they don't have one. You people don't have customer service I am really disappointed. I travel a lot with my spouse and this was the worst.
