1. The place was okay. 2. Heater not heating. 3. Strong wind coming through the window. 4. For tea didnt like the powder milk and they didnt have other milk cause i dont drink powder. 5. I dont drink white sugar (they should put 2 types ). 6. If you dont have bathing things like soap u will be trouble cause they dont have even those small ones. Other that that the receiptionist was welcoming ,place was good and my car safe.
Very basic accommodation. Fine for a one nighter. Fridge makes a noise so can't be kept running while trying to sleep. Not really.
Mattress was rock hard. Blanket was very dirty.

Safe parking. The bathroom lacks light. There is no hand-held shower fitting to wash hair in the basin. A bar of Lux soap is provided. The WiFi is good. The towels and pillows are beautiful and soft. There is a fireplace with wood for cold evenings. The area is quiet.
We 4 adults, only stayed overnight on the way to the wildlife park and thought we had booked in the round tables. However, one couple had to sleep in the lady's house and the other couple in an outside room opposite the house. The rondavels are detached from the house and that's what we had in mind. I may have misunderstood the discussion, but I certainly didn't think we were going to sleep in someone's house. However, the rooms were spacious and as pictured.

Basic facilities, not quite what we expected.
The location is somewhat on the outskirts of the town, the roads are very bad in places and quite a few street lights do not work outside of peak hours. Although the property takes precautions to ensure safety, the environment does not feel safe. Travelers just need to make sure of the source of hot water, we didn't have any.
Booked for 3 adults with an 18 month and 4 year old child. All put in 1 room. Then had to book another room. If I had known that I would have found a better place from the start.
The room was perfect for our needs.
I liked the place very much, it's nice and stylish, fully equipped. It's close to town and many major fast food restaurants.
The room was tidy and the bed very comfortable. The shower water is nice and warm.
All that was needed was available and a lovely fireplace with wood for the cold evenings and nights. It's my second time staying there and will stay there again. Thank you for good service and a nice place.

Unfortunately, we did not receive what we have hope and booked for. The photos on the website and the actual place is just not the same. Either it must be very old photos or something went wrong. We were not willing to stay and had to find another place to stay. We hope the owners can do something about the place!. All the best!

Everything was okay, one comment, make sure you are there at the agreed time, because the manager was not so friendly in the evening because we checked in later due to traffic congestion. They were notified in advance via email.
Very comfortable. With a long distance to travel to Bloemfontein, we were unaware of the 7pm cut off time for arrival. Fortunately I called just before 7pm and we got there just in time. With other B&B's we've stayed with in Ermelo we were able to arrive a little later with no problem.
The facilities are very basic. Fridge wasn't on. Had to ask for a bit of fresh milk. The soap has been used previously and there's no soap dish in the shower. General appearance wasn't very attractive.
Rondawel was clean and tidy! Beds comfortable and lovely with electric blanket for the cold winter night. Everything was as desired! Just the shower was a bit small! We still slept wonderfully and would recommend it!
Very beautiful place. Maybe just more plugs for hairdryer, etc. Otherwise, very nice and neat place for an overnight stay.
Lallapanzi was easy to find and service was very good. The owner recommended us to eat at Rocks O'Riley for the evening, and it was very nice.

Initially booked one chalet and after deciding to take home carer with me, immediately made a 2nd booking. Coincidentally called a few days ahead of time about Check-in. Turns out that 2nd chalet was never booked. Could have created extremely big problem. Administration therefore not as desired. Photos on the website are not true state of affairs. Did e.g. living area with sofa shown. However, there was only one chair in Rondawel and one stoep chair on stoep which is only big enough for the one chair. Extremely cramped. Bathroom also cramped and shower even more so. Lighting not as desired for older persons with poorer vision. Only 2 single beds in rondavel and not double bed as in photos. Can hardly recommend Lallapanzi.
Clean and tidy. A little milk in the fridge would have been very nice, Cremora is really not nice in one's tea or coffee. A new bar of soap will work well. Someone else's used soap is not a good idea. Rooibos tea would have been nice too. The toilet without a door does not work well.
I would suggest a braai-area and a swimming pool to be installed.
I would recommend Lallapanzi Country Stay to anyone.
Right place if you want to relax after a long day on the road.

Time was very short to have a full experience but we have no complaints. Place is neat and affordable. Maybe just put room numbers on doors for better identification.
Lallapannzi's accommodation is very suitable for family groups as it is so cosy.
