We only stayed for the one night. Minette was fabulous and assisted us with information pertaining to venues to have dinner and questions about the venue before we arrived. The WiFi could do with a look at as it was super slow and intermittent.

It was pleasant. The views are incredible; however, the place itself is in need of some good maintenance. There was some mould in the corners of the rooms. The railings were old, and closing the curtains was difficult.
Accommodation was great in every way. The giant braai room with its facilities was perfect for the large group that gathered.

The stairs leading to the upper floor are not up to building standards and dangerous.
Big house with everything you need to be comfortable. Very clean and tidy. The view of the sea from all the rooms in the front of the house is excellent. The braai room is so convenient when the wind blows. Would only suggest they put in a washing machine so guests staying longer don't have unnecessary expenses to have laundry done. Or they should put it in the ad that there is no washing machine.
Unit is well equipped for winter, electric blankets and wall heater. We luckily had load shedding during the day. Beautiful view of the sea from the room. Good quality towels and bedding. Will definitely stay here again.
It was very nice, just a pity that the parking is a bit uncomfortable, if there are 5 large vans to park.

We experienced a wonderful time in Lambertsbaai. We stayed in Le Manifique and it was great. A bit of practice with the set of stairs, but no problems experienced.

Owner was not available on phone, signals were big problem maybe due to load shedding.
For 3 people staying overnight en-route to Cape Town it is ideal. Not crazy about the "kitchen" sink in the bedroom. And the place lacks a balcony where you can sit and drink coffee. Also very nice place.

Pipe burst in bathroom and faucet in kitchen. Stairs up are too steep. Would have preferred two arrangements.
Comfortable accommodation right by the sea and close to excellent restaurants. The visit to Cape Nature's 'Bird Island' to see the white magpies was the highlight of our weekend. We can recommend Le Magnifique for the beautiful view; it is spacious and private.
Accommodation is comfortable but needs some renovation/maintenance and attention to interior decoration.
Payload: no WiFi etc. Stoof's gas bottle was wrapped and we couldn't even make coffee.
Le Magnifique has a beautiful sea view. The unit is clean and fairly well appointed. The faucet at the kitchen sink does not seal tightly and this results in the entire countertop getting wet every time. Attention should be paid to the balcony railing in front of the unit. It is not safe. The unit has very steep stairs that are not shown in the photos. My husband fell down there at night during load shedding and broke his ankle very badly.
Host should have informed us of maintenance in progress as we would have booked elsewhere. She only offered to refund us late afternoon which was too late to move. If they had been honest when we cancelled one night we could have stayed at another place. Once again, not too happy.
Sleep very well in the sea air.
The room is very nice, it's right across the road from the sea. We had a nice stay. There is secure parking in the backyard. No complaints.

The unit is beautiful. There are just an awful lot of mosquitoes. Bring Peaceful drag along. The bed linen and crockery in excellent condition. The gate to parking is only very narrow but there is sufficient secure parking.
It's our second time at Seafront and definitely not the last time, it was wonderful, we used the braai on the balcony this time and wow! What's better than a bonfire by the sea?
The unit is very nice and well furnished, but unfortunately we had a problem with cockroaches which soured the stay a bit.

The room is comfortable for a night or two. Basic necessities are there and secure parking behind the unit.
We spent Easter weekend in La Mer. Apart from the beautiful sea view and beautiful sunsets, we really enjoyed the braai and hanging out together in the spacious reception area. The unit was very neat and clean and very well maintained.
We had two bookings on same night. One in Lamberts and one in Port Nolloth. But it was our mistake. Perhaps in the age of computers a program could be made to check up on bookings for a client which checks dates. Especially ol' dozy pensioners!
Lambersbaai is a very beautiful town with very friendly people. Will definitely go back again.
Beautiful sea view from inside the apartment as well as outside on the veranda. Walking distance from beach where you can explore on the rocks. Safe & clean with everything you need. Will come again!

Everything and more. Our room and bathroom were perfect. Bed linen and towels were luxurious and spotlessly clean. Lovely bed and shower. It was cold outside, but the small wall heater dissipated the cold inside. Wonderful view of the sea. It was so nice and we wished we could have stayed longer.

The sea view from the room was a bonus. Amenities also very neat and comfortable.
We traveled in the middle of a heat wave and got terribly hot. There was no air conditioner and couldn't leave the windows open, the mosquitoes were too much of a bother. But we know it's not always that hot along the coast and thoroughly enjoyed the break.

Accommodation was in a double storey with a view, more than enough space for us two.
However, fans are lacking for hot evenings and the many mosquitoes.

We woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the sea with breaking waves and were lucky enough to see whales. We will definitely visit again.

The place will be very nice for a big family outing. Large living room and braai room with enough space. We stayed in LaMer unit and if you combine it with the other unit a large family can have a fantastic time here. We will visit here again anytime.
A nice, small flat for 2/3 people right by the sea. The location of the spacious bathroom is a bit uncomfortable seeing that you can only enter the bathroom through the second bedroom.

It was clean and nice and beautiful.
Minette received us kindly. The house is very clean and tidy, with lovely bedding and thick towels. The olive oil and salt/pepper at the stove and also the rusks and milk were very nice. We just got cold, a complimentary pile of wood next to the fireplace would be greatly appreciated. Could not use the bath in the master bedroom (don't know if it was broken or blocked). A little more crockery like dessert/porridge trays and regular sized coffee mugs are needed (the soup bowls just don't work). Unfortunately, we must add that the rate for one night's stay, off-season, in winter, is certainly not worth the money.

Good location and well equipped. Comfortable rooms. The unit was not serviced in the day which wasn't so nice. Please ensure that you note these details. We don't plan on cleaning the unit ourselves when we want to relax and break away.

Rooms were nice and tidy, sea views exactly as seen in the pictures, so no unpleasant surprises. I can recommend the Petit room we stayed at for overnight stays, but as it has no outdoor living area, I will not recommend it for a few days.
We checked in and it was great with you! Unfortunately we had to leave you all on the first night, as our daughter unexpectedly became a baby boy richer the next morning! Will definitely recommend you to everyone!

It's a very cute place and met all our requirements. There was just no secure parking and the front door doesn't have a security gate, so can't open the door when cooking.

Very quiet and right on the sea. You can spend the entire day sitting on the veranda and looking our over the ocean. The were so accommodating of us with our large boat. So there is enough parking if you organise ahead of time. Great braai facilities. Bed a bit small. Would definitely recommend it.

Shower on the upper level is very small, elbow constantly opened the hot water tap and there's no place to escape if the jet of hot water hits you. Unfortunately, the key for the sliding door to the sea in the lower room could not be found and we struggled to get nice fresh sea air in the room. Thank you Minette, who unlocked another annex without additional payment, so that our children and grandchildren could stay in a separate part of the unit, greatly appreciated.
We enjoyed 2 days of peace and relaxation away from the busy city.
Would be happy to recommend this accommodation to anyone.
