It was a lovely beautiful view.
Beautiful sea view from the room and porch and from the walkway to the beach and three restaurants. The bed sleeps very well and the shower's water is nice and strong. Very friendly staff and well located.

Most beautiful view ever. Sound of the sea is fantastic. Place is small but neat. We had a wonderful stay. The balcony is lovely to have and just sit and watch the sea. The one chair just needs some attention.

The room really has an amazing breathtaking view with the non-stop sounds of the ocean and waves crashing. You are in quite close proximity to the other rooms, so it does not feel 100% private as you can hear others talking and moving around in their room. Although very responsive and helpful, having to WhatsApp the owner every time you want to leave and re-enter the estate is a bit of a hassle. If you are willing to sacrifice a few luxuries for this breathtaking view, this is a great choice.
Lovely stay although a little "out of the town" of Langebaan. It was good as a short stay hotel room space but not big enough for anything more. It was very hot and an aircon would have been welcomed.
Room was fine, the breakfast service was terrible. I took time to write to management explaining and got a weak response. Very sad to see, the owners need to be made aware.

We love the peace and quiet! Beautiful views and the sound of the lagoon. You are totally not aware it's loadshedding, because you still have wifi, TV and all lights on! Shops and restaurants are close. We loved it and will definitely return.
Everything just worked, from the relays, to the WiFi during loadshedding. Breakfast was excellent, I would recommend the place to travelers anytime.
Langebaan Beach Tower Deluxe room is beautiful. The view is unforgettable. You can lie in bed and watch a seal play in the surf. I can recommend this guest house and will visit again.

I made a booking for a group of 7 people and when we arrived there we were split between 2 houses which was not what we booked. The agent eventually sorted something out but was not a good start to the weekend.

Where does one begin. Everything was great in our place. I had a birthday the day before we arrived and when we arrived I was spoiled! From delicious cake, a card etc. Als was just beautiful and special! The staff were great and helpful. The breakfast from the top shelves. The best omelette! The sea view incredibly beautiful from our balcony! It rather felt like I was on a boat! Ronette the manager helped us in any area. Really Ronette you're a gem in your work. Even helped to get a day hospital. The guest place is so nicely central for walking, eating or going to shops. Thanks for everything, you are a team of a thousand!
From the moment we arrived, each staff member and guest treated us so warm and friendly. The room was perfect and the view from our balcony was everything I could have wished for, waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and a hearty breakfast to follow - it was truly a magical getaway!

Quite refreshing and pleasant stay, right on the beach.
There is no air conditioning, which is inconvenient in the heat. Other than that everything was cool. No photo will be able to describe the sunset. The hostess was very nice and drove all the way from town to close via my top. She also provided an early breakfast and the price was very reasonable. Be prepared that the eateries close very early.

It was a self check in, we only saw the chef in the morning and no other staff. The location is excellent and the breakfast was delicious, but I think a little more interaction with staff there would have made it fantastic.
Our only complaint was that we were not told in advance about beaurtkrag. It would be fantastic if the place, when they know there is going to be load shedding, put hot water in flasks for morning coffee.
The website bookings did not reflect on their system. Management was not overzealous in sorting out the problem. Initially just said it wasn't their problem and the website should just help us sort it out.
The place was safe and close to amenities.
Very disappointed in the room we had, we knew it did not have a view so that was OK, but there was no door between the bedroom and bathroom, no bathmat provided, two large and one small towels, the TV remote stopped working Sunday when we were planning to watch the tennis final, one bedside lamp only, no space either side of bed and miniscule bedside ledges, no floor mats at all,and the front door key did not open the front door. I must say the lady in charge was as helpful as she could be, but we felt we should not have had to complain in the first place.
They were not aware of our arrival although the website says they have proof of email being sent. Chef received us and made it clear between the lines that he hopes we don't eat breakfast there, otherwise he has to come in specially for us. The lady then came early the next morning to knock us up while we were still in bed and let us understand that she was not aware of our reservation and we would have to move. She could have handled it much better, the room we moved to was much smaller, but that's not the problem, we are convinced there are fleas or bedbugs in the room, we were bitten the next morning.
The location was perfect, views lovely and the hosts were excellent. They even allowed us to have our little private function in their lounge area which they didn't have to do. My mom's 60th. Was so nice.
After a busy week, this is the best place to rest.

The rooms on the top floor have the most amazing view. It was very quiet (out of season). And it's walking distance to Mykonos and restaurants. Friendly staff and owners.

Clean, tidy guest house in safe area. Right by the sea with the most beautiful view and sunset. Will stay there again. Quiet and peaceful (we were the only guests in the house). Friendly reception. Small balcony with unbeatable view. Walking distance to restaurants. Kettle and small fridge. Everything in the room was neat and clean. Adequate WiFI. What would have made stay even better? Wall Plugs! Not one open plug to use. Maybe a small table with the chairs on the balcony, to put a glass or book on. There is also no cupboard or anything in the room to put your suitcase/bag on, only 1 tiny chair. No problem for overnight stays, but longer than 1 or 2 nights will become inconvenient. That said, you get exactly what is advertised.
Excellent location, walking distance to places to eat.
We had a great time. If I can make a recommendation - please put the kettle on top of the slab. According to the ad there should have been a hair dryer, but it was missing.
