Langsmekaar is a spacious holiday home with distant views of the ocean and lagoon located in the heart of Kleinmond. This could be ideal for either a family holiday or a group of friends as it is situated within walking distance from the beach.

This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 12 adults and 3 children at a time. It comprises 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. There are 4 bedrooms that are each furnished with a double bed, however, only 2 of them include an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The fifth bedroom has a double bed as well as a child-only single sleeper couch, while the sixth bedroom has a double bed and a child-only bunk bed. The remaining bathrooms are fitted with a shower in one and the second bathroom is a full family bathroom. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

The ground level of the home features an open-plan living area with a lounge, indoor braai, dining table and a kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. The top level also has an open-plan living area with a lounge, indoor braai and kitchen which is equipped with the same appliances as the ground-floor one. This area also includes a pool table for guests’ entertainment.

The top level opens onto a balcony which is an ideal spot for a sundowner while admiring the views. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate. The location of this home is also close to a play park.
