We had a very nice stay here. The apartment is nicely and neatly furnished with everything you need including enough dishwasher pads, black bags etc. It looks exactly like the pictures. It is centrally located in town and is within walking distance of the lagoon, restaurants and shops. Secure parking within the complex is convenient. The deposit was promptly refunded to us after the time. We would stay here again anytime!
90% satisfied but we don't appreciate the double rules. You pay 100% before going. You receive an application from the owner (or representative) for deposit in case of breaking and fees for management.

House rules
- Access via some stairs, not wheel-chair accessible.- There is no inverter or back up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding. There are, however, rechargeable lights.
- Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1000 management fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 5 people sharing in 2 bedrooms are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- Do take care of small children at this property as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. This apartment is on the 2nd storey/upper level of the complex. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way.
- Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behaviour will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbours. No loud music or noise after 22:00 please.
- Lazur Holiday Apartment is situated in a quiet residential complex. Loud music, parties or any excessive noise should be avoided at all times. No loud music or noise will be tolerated.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
