The house has the nicest large veranda with a built-in braai where we marveled at the beautiful West Coast sunsets in the evenings. The house is spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful, and the showers are nice and big and the beds are very comfortable, and the list just goes on and on. Thank you very much, we will definitely return to Lazy Days again. Many thanks to Alec and Freda. Lazy Days Apartments top marks.
Thank you, we had a great time. Everything we needed was there. Freda waited for us and made us feel welcome. Alec was a good host and followed up on whether we got it right with the TV for rugby. The kids always enjoy it there. The weather was great and we were also able to buy nice yellowtail from the boat.
Newly upgraded unit with enough sleeping space for 6 adults. Beautiful sea view and close to the shops and walking distance to the 'Bird Sanctuary'. Backup inverter to facilitate 'loadshedding'. Some panel heaters were not connected and could not be used as the unit and the power point were not close together was not. I think there are some small things missing in the kitchen (breadboard, cutting knives, beater) but it may be that everything is not back after the upgrade. The porch has a beautiful view, but it is open and it makes visiting a bit difficult when the weather is bad. A permanent table on the porch would be a big plus. Then you don't have to carry the dining table back and forth.
The house was clean and even had a dishwasher which made it very comfortable.
House has everything you need today to have a stressful break and more! Sea view fully enjoyed. It's neat and clean and everything is in good condition, will definitely come back again. Shops are walking distance.
We had a very lovely stay. Everything was very comfortable. I do not regret at all that I chose Lazy Days Apartments: Lamberts Bay - 84 Voortrekker to stay for a weekend. I will book it again at any other time in the future.

The view over the sea makes the place look like a dream. The waves against the rocks make one realize how great God really is.
Nicest stoep to braai on with a beautiful sea view. Walking distance from sea and shops. Very safe.

We were a family of 7 and had the entire place to ourselves, everything was as it's shown in the picture and a very relaxed place to be, the kids enjoyed themselves a lot and the front porch was the best part. The only thing that was not good was the fact that the black cast iron potjie was extremely dirty and rusted, we forgot ours at home, so Freda was amazing enough to lend hers to us to use for the night. Overall an amazing stay.

This time we were a little disappointed in the fact that there was no broom or mop. Big drum outside was also overflowing when we arrived. Bedding was also not clean, the dust on the fans was also clearly visible. It was a little disappointing because on our previous visit it was painfully neat.
Will not book there again.
The place needs proper cleaning! Dust on all surfaces, windowsills, fans and mirrors. Mould growing on the kitchen ceiling, kitchen sink, drain and backsplash was very, very filthy. No broom, mop, or any cleaning/dishwashing products. Most of the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and stove top had old food residue/stains on and covered in dust. Had to repair the broken braai grid in order to braai. The front stoep/braai area is covered in thick black dust from the roof down and unusable due to hawkers and street traders hassling you relentlessly from sunrise to late
Everything you could need is available. Walking distance to beach, harbour, Spar and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again.

Would stay there again anytime. Not too quiet and not too noisy - just nice. It was a plus when we got there and there was a box of toys for our little boy. He enjoyed every moment. Friendliness.

Do you really want to switch off and relax on a holiday, literally by the sea? Please visit for Lazy Days. It was the best vacation ever for us.
We had a great stay at Lazy Days, it was perfect for a weekend away in Lambert's Bay. Friendly owner.
Good location, safe and beautiful view of the sea!
We booked for 3 adults. Advert stated 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. On arrival we were informed that the geyser servicing the en suite is switched off because we are only 3 guests. We were also not informed on arrival that the deepfreeze is not functioning properly. We were also not told that electricity supply would be interrupted fir 12 hours on Tuesday. The unit is definitely not pet friendly due to the openness of the front. Dogs can jump off into the street. A gate between the house and the neighbouring property on the right would solve a part of the problem. The back gate cannot be locked, therefore leaving one's pets there poses a safety risk as someone could just open the gate and take them. The unit is furthermore well equipped and staying there can be comfortable. We however feel that taking into consideration the above we were overcharged and we paid for amenities advertised that were not available. We paid for eight people whilst the possibility of marketing the unit for either 8 or 4 people, therefore adjusting the price, is possible. The unit is comfortable as far as the size and the lovely front stoep with the view is concerned. That is a plus. I would recommend Lazy Days Apartments to larger families without pets.
Beautiful house and furnished with everything you need. Location is second to none! The view of the sea while you grill a piece of meat makes it the perfect getaway.
