House rules
This is a residential area so guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbors.Vehicle audio systems may not be used and no loud music is allowed during any given time. All music must be turned off before 22:00.
A cleaning fee of R300 for short stays and R600 for long stays of more than 7 nights will be charged.
No more than 2 small breed dogs are allowed only by prior arrangement with your host. Furry friends must be fully house-trained and not be allowed on the furniture and/or beds under any circumstances. A fee of R 150 per dog will be payable in cash on arrival. Should shedding have occurred, this payment will be retained for additional cleaning services. Please don’t leave your dog(s) alone or unattended when you go out. Fortunately, Paternoster’s beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants are very dog-friendly.
Please leave the house in a clean, neat state and ensure that all towels, linen, blankets and remote controls are accounted for.
Your host will discuss/agree on the check-out time with you on arrival. Kindly adhere to this as the cleaning team is scheduled for specific times and we cannot have delays because it will impact the host's other guests negatively.
