It was an amazing stay. Will check in there again if we have to stay overnight in Montagu. Definitely my first choice from now on.
Absolutely fantastic stay. Top-notch hospitality, a walk between the orchards and a view of the mountains. The hostess thought of everything. We were really impressed and had a great stay.
The most charming little place. The staff is super friendly, and you get more than what you bargained for. I brought so many extras with me (plugs, umbrellas, coffee, tea, bug spray, etc.) and used none. So clean, and safe, near the town and surrounds, and the staff is always a call away. The children loved the jungle gym and the pools. There is also a trail on the property that leads to the fort. Highly recommend.
Le Domaine is wonderful! The cottages have everything you need and more. The green lawns, swimming pool and play park for children are all very neat. WiFi for teenagers is a bonus! We will definitely be going back in the future!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place. Amazing views and so quiet that you can hear nature. We went as a family of 5, with kids aged 13, 11, and 5. The kids were always entertained; if they were not in the park, they were swimming. The view from the patio is beautiful, and you get to see Montague in all its glory. I spent most nights on the patio enjoying the sunset. The host was amazing, super friendly, and even brought us a little Christmas gift that stole my heart. This is a home away from home: beautiful, comfortable, private, and peaceful.

The communication from Melanie was very good. She stopped by the morning after we checked in and explained a few things. Coenie, the security and caretaker, was very friendly and helpful. The housing was great. They think of everything, like biscuits, wood, grill and even an insecticide. Even their lights are rechargeable, so loadshedding didn't mean we had to sit in the dark. Overall it was a very good time in a beautiful setting, with good housing and friendly staff. When we visit SA again, we will definitely stay here again. Next time for longer. Do yourselves a favor and visit Le Domaine Self Catering Farm Cottages. You will not regret it.

Our group of 12 realy enjoyed our weekend stay at Le Domaine. The location is perfect, the mountain views are spectacular, the cottages are spacious and beautiful, and the kitchens well equipped. The welcome fruit packs were a great touch from the host. The Lapa area and the kitchen was reserved for our group and it was convenient and really helpful for our group meals and get togethers during our stay. Thank you Melanie and the team. I hope to come back again. Your hospitality is appreciated, thank you for being so accommodating and allowing us a later check out. I highly recommend Le Domaine to anyone heading to Montagu.

The hostess is amazing, and went out of her way to ensure our comfort from the time the reservation was made until we left. The accommodation meets all the requirements for a peaceful stay.
We also bought some fresh farm fruit which we enjoyed en route home already.
The children had a lot of fun in the pool and especially the jungle gym kept little ones busy. The lawn in front of the house also made it very comfortable to relax. Nice surprise with fruits and dry fruits on arrival. Good farm stay.

It’s a lovely and peaceful place. I would recommend that they get better stoves and fridges that keep cold and the pool can be looked after properly. Other than that, we wouldn’t have mind to extend our stay.

Really enjoyed this stunning place. The house is well appointed and the fruit and wine upon arrival was such a spoil. Great value for money and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We will come again.

Our three families had a great time visiting there in March, especially because it caters so well for groups of people who want to visit together. The cottages were comfortable with extras such as DSTV, air conditioning and own alarm. And then there were the lovely green lawns, swimming pool and large climbing frame where the children could frolic. But the biggest attraction for us was the cozy lapa with enough tables, chairs, cutlery and a well-equipped kitchen so that we could spend time together as a group of friends. Definitely a place I will visit again.
Our stay at Le Domaine was very nice. The facilities are very good, especially if you have young children. The surroundings are beautiful and ideal if you want to break away for a quiet time away from the noise of the city. The cottages themselves were very comfortable and well appointed, and the bedding was sparkling clean, I got the clean Stasoft smell when I crawled into bed.
Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Open spaces and swimming pool are very neat. Service from the farm owner and admin was good. LekkeSlaap kept us informed of the booking process via SMS.

Le Domaine was a pleasant place to enjoy a break from the city, especially over the festive season. Our 2 year old son thoroughly enjoyed the climbing frame. The safe pool area was also a plus. Fresh fruit on our arrival, neat clean unit, fully equipped, down to matches and braai grills impressed us a lot. Hospitality and helpfulness of the management of the resort is excellent. Our holiday was unforgettable and I can highly recommend this accommodation.
