On arrival at the premises we received a faulty key. Dullstroom Reservations was very accommodating and found out after an hour that the owner of the facility had changed the lock. It was quite uncomfortable to stand around for an hour waiting for the premises to be opened. The outdoor umbrella was not available and the toaster provided did not work. The housekeeper offered an alternative one. Also feel that at the rate the help does not need to be compensated extra, while owners suggest that it should be done after 2 hours.
