The location was ideal with close access to the beach. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a base camp while exploring the surrounding area.

The owners received us kindly and we were pleasantly surprised with the cute, spacious apartment. It is beautifully equipped with everything one could need. We really enjoyed the braai area and the short walk to the sea. We would definitely recommend Leeglê and hope to visit again soon.

We only stayed a few nights, but will definitely return for a longer stay. Walking distance to shop, restaurant and the beach. Friendly owners who checked up and asked if we needed anything. The place is very spacious and comfortable and has everything. Great choice for a family of 5.
Was there for long weekend. Wanted peace and quiet. Residents' family stayed in main house for the weekend. A lot of noise. Dog barking constantly, car alarm going off and a burglary in the main house on Sunday evening/night. Brought it to attention of owner. Her answer to this was: "I take note". Not sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Loud teenagers. Choose other accommodation if it is peace and safety you are looking for.

Leegle is clean, tidy, wonderfully spacious and nice and private. There is everything and more you need, with a cozy braai place. You just walk a few steps and you are at the sea. The apartment is nice and spacious, especially the kitchen if everyone wants to cook together. Our teenagers are a bit older, more students and the beds in the lounge area are not as private for girls as they would like. They also want to sleep late. Maybe a room divider that one can put up if they so choose. But for a long weekend it was perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped. I might just remind people to bring their own black pot for potty food, or provide one. Very nice private location..

We were very happy with everything, but were bitten by bugs a lot. Would definitely want to go again if the Omie treated the place a bit with poison, and the signal is a bit bad so WiFi would also be a plus.
Me, my wife and family went to a wedding in Gansbaai and decided to stay at Leegle. Peaceful and quiet area, walking distance from the beach! Everything is very clean and neat, and I'll definitely visit again in the future!

One of the best accommodation places we have ever stayed. Everything is there and you lack nothing. The unit is impeccably neat and clean. Relaxed and safe environment, delicious braai area, kitchen also has all the necessary accessories. This was our second time at Leegle, but won't be the last either. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home in the apartment. As a mother of 2 small children, one of whom is a rambunctious toddler, I would prefer that there was possibly a gate at the entrance to the braai area/apartment area as my little boy loves to run to the road, but I also know it's our responsibility to keep our children safe. Furthermore, the wall plugs were all open so for a curious toddler it was terribly exciting, but nerve-racking for us parents who have to cuddle and stop everywhere. However, we would definitely consider Leegle again in the future for a getaway.

Great hosts, Roseline and Jasper, nice and quiet area just a stroll down the lane next to the house to the beach. The flat is equipped with everything you need . The only niggle was no full length mirror and a lack of plug point near the bedroom mirror for a hair dryer, could be a problem if you are attending a wedding as we were but we made a plan. Not really a problem if you are there for a beach stay. We will be back at Leegle for a bit of fishing soon.

Leegle is a peaceful, safe and friendly area, we had a very nice and peaceful weekend. On arrival I was a bit skeptical about the cleanliness of the place, but was very satisfied the next day after the feedback from the owners. Would definitely recommend the place.
