It was not clean and it has very very steep stairs to get to your room. If I had known this ahead of time, I would never have made the reservation. The maid received us, which I have no problem with, but she was not friendly or helpful at all. The bathroom was dirty, the shower, the sink, the tub, I could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It was a huge disappointment! The boiler was black inside as it was fitted. I had to rinse it out several times to boil water and it still had bits stuck in it. There was no toilet spray in the bathroom and only half a roll of toilet paper on the roll. My husband had to fetch toilet paper from one of the other guest rooms which luckily was open, otherwise we would have had a crisis. We had a lovely wedding, but our accommodation was a huge, huge disappointment!
Should I ever have to sleep in the Wolmaranstad/Leudoringstad area for a night again, it would definitely be my first choice. We were warmly received and could enjoy a lovely night's rest.
We were there for Nampo and stayed at Leeudoringstad Guesthouse. Very neat, safe and clean. Very nice stay at home for two nights.

The photos on the website of the neat guest house caught our attention, but after paying we learned that the guest house was actually full and we had to stay in a self-catering unit elsewhere. Then had to make bream fish ourselves, but at least we could grill meat, sleep and shower in space and comfort. It might just be a better idea to market the guest house and self-catering house separately so that there is no confusion about what has been booked.
Stay was very pleasant. Room was clean and tidy and everything needed for a business trip was available.
I recommend that you book a room there. Take a group for a weekend away and enjoy the lapa. You will enjoy if and will be treated like family. We really felt at home and the little Jack Russel just wants to play.

We chose the small ground floor bedroom. There were bigger units upstairs, but being pensioners we didn't fancy steep stairs, and enjoyed the garden access. We had use of the enclosed Lapa with a fitted kitchenette and lounge with TV. It was cosy and relaxing. The two small dogs and cat were not a problem. Our hosts were very welcoming.
Cornè went out of her way to welcome us and make us feel at home. We were comfortable and had a lovely stay. Recommendable.
My wife and I had an amazing sleep over there. We enjoyed the tranquility as well as the hospitality.

I was very impressed with the guesthouse, we had a wedding at 15:00 and we could check in earlier to get ready without any issues, which we appreciated. Corne was very friendly and pleasant, she also recommend a nice restaurant. We will definitely come stay here again when we're in the area. My husband and I needed a quiet break and we definitely got it.
Will recommend this guest house to all our friends and those who would like to visit Leeudoringstad.
We we pleasantly surprised by everything. Hospitality, neatness, garden, pool and entire setup.
If you travel with small children and old people, this accommodation is not ideal. You climb very steep stairs to the rooms on the top floor and it is quite dangerous up and down. The area where the guesthouse is located is very close to an industrial area according to me. We don't know the town, so we were quite lost and couldn't find a restaurant. There were a couple of take-away places that sold delicious food. The accommodation was very clean and neat and parking behind an electric gate. Overall it is a nice place, but I wouldn't recommend it or use again.
We are very thankful to find accommodation, but there is no internet and we booked two rooms, but then had to sleep in one room. We're not dead, but it's still uncomfortable to stay in one room if you booked two.

The reception was very good. Rooms were well equipped with air-conditioning, TV, etc. An equipped kitchen with more than enough coffee, milk, cereal, etc. We were pleasantly surprised with the setup. Can highly recommend this guest house.
It was very hot and luckily there was air conditioning. It's a shame I couldn't book dinner, didn't arrange ahead of time. I had to book accommodation quickly and had problems with the internet during the trip. It was a lonely stay, considering there were no other people to chat with!
