Very spacious and tidy accommodation. However, suggest installing a mirror in the master bedroom and even the section between the two bedrooms. Otherwise, everything was available and I would definitely stay here again.
Very spacious apartment with everything you need and more.
Very clear instructions to enter the unit, easy. Everything required and more in the unit. Appreciated the milk in the fridge to make ourselves fresh coffee and sit outside on our private patio, neat, quality. Communication great, we even had the loadshedding schedules. We highly recommend this facility.

Clanwilliam accommodation helped us with a place to sleep at short notice after our other booking was a total disappointment. The accommodation was clean and safe and we enjoyed the night's stay although there was a problem with the shower. Only a few drops came out of the faucet where the rest of the home's faucets still had strong water pressure. Brought it to their attention the next morning.
The place stank. Someone forgot something in the boiler and then the boiler rotted. So we couldn't use the kettle. I was accused of letting the boiler burn out.
Very nice stay. No noise. Well then, feel free. Couch sits very low especially if you are an older person, struggle to get up from the couch.
A good middle-class place to stay with all the facilities we need and good service.
Although this facility was neat and clean, the following points are real negative factors. 1. Close to the lower town where undesirable elements hang around and make noise in the street. 2. The landlady was unfriendly when inquiries were made about the air conditioner not working on arrival. I had to identify and solve the problem myself, despite the owner's manner over the phone. 3. No braai facilities are provided, although the back porch is private and ideal for the activity. 4. The advertised "safe parking" does not exist as the gate is locked and no key is available for the lock, as claimed by the owner. 5. No towel rails in the bathroom. 6. Only air conditioning in the bedroom and not the living area, which occupies the largest part of the apartment. Temp was 40 degrees that day. 7. The Wi-Fi did not work on arrival. Again, I had to solve and sort out the problem myself.
What a pleasant surprise! So organized! We had a great stay and Eugene thought of everything with the information he passed on. We will definitely stay here again! The units are spacious, with everything one could need!

At first we were skeptical because the photos that sleepy clients upload sometimes paint a wrong picture. Leipoldt's photos were accurate and we got much more than we needed. Good place to break away with friends or family for a weekend and then you can explore the area or just relax.
The apartment is large, well equipped and everything was in good condition. we can recommend it to flower watchers.
The place is neat, well furnished and spacious.
Very nice stay, would like to see the old building material removed from the parking area and that they maybe plant some lawn, or put in paving at the back. There is sand everywhere and when the wind blows, it blows sand everywhere. The apartments could also do with an aircon downstairs in the main living area to cool down the apartment, because it was very hot. Furthermore, the apartment is well equipped with a spacious kitchen and living area. Parking for boats is a bit small as we had to park in the driveway due to the building materials.
Everything we needed for a nice visit was there. Eugene was also very helpful in pointing out places of interest in the area.
This accommodation is very spacious, but impersonal and not suitable for older people. Everything was very new: broken goods even had prices on them. Beds comfortable and everything very clean.

Very neat place, equipped with everything.
Don't be fooled by outside appearance. This place is modern inside. From the wheelchair friendly access ramp to USB enabled wall sockets enough for everyone, dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, towels, bedding, towels, etc. Plus coffee, sugar, tea, cleaning materials, TV with DStv sport channels, braai utility & secure parking.

Simply loved the cleanliness, the space and everything I needed was there.
Extremely clean, everything you need, beds that sleep wonderfully. Coffee and biscuits great idea and it was nice to have the KykNet channel on the TV.
Eugene went out of her way to receive us and make us feel at home. Everything in the apartment is super! We were there on a Saturday night and all night long cars were racing around the streets and loud music was playing.
