The stay was perfect and absolutely stunning. Everything that was needed from fans to extra blankets, even an equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a stay in Cape Town under one roof. Would definitely return to the accommodation.
Accommodation outstanding. However, one set of towels is not enough for 06 days. Too little toilet paper for probably just an overview. 'Lead' is a necessity. Weber on porch? Extra blanket. Why not Wi-Fi?
Only thing is that the bed and bedding could be better.

The eating place is closed but in 1 km there are 4 places, I don't think there is a more beautiful view than that place.
Everything you need in one package. Breathtaking view, very clean and tidy apartment. Everything you need in the apartment. Would have liked a nicer bed. The complex is very safe but the area has a lot of vagrants. Will definitely stay again.
The unit is well equipped, good DStv channels, but would also like to watch rugby and golf. View is the best and the sound of the sea is wonderful to listen to. Well equipped, clean and tidy.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The complex is safe and very tidy. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Only complaint is the bed's mattress is old or just very soft, it becomes quite a problem if you sleep there for a long time.
Leisure Bay is a nice complex, well located, tidy. Was a nice visit.
Place is fully equipped but really, you go to rest and can't sleep on that bed at all. It's very old and rock hard and lumpy. Bedding is clean but very old. We only slept on the bed the first night and for the rest of the 10 day stay we slept very heavily on the couch in the living room. Other than that, everything was really nice. Personally, we will not visit that specific premises again but will go to the hotel or other self-catering.
The apartment was sparkling clean, tidy and needed everything one could need. We immediately felt at home and welcome and would recommend it to anyone. The view cannot be described in words. It feels like you can walk into the sea from the balcony! Mario was very helpful and made sure we were safe and that everything was OK. What a pleasure to deal with people who have such standards. The stay was like manna from heaven, after our flight was delayed for over an hour and our luggage went missing.
The overall feeling of the place when we walked in was fine. The place was neat and tidy. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen was basic and served the purpose. Things that we noticed that can certainly be improved on: When we arrived the trap door in the bathroom was removed and laying on the bathroom floor. I had to put it into place again. The television set looks like a set from 1972. A 32inch flat screen will complement the apartment very well instead of that small box. Increase the towels in the apartment. For 2 people staying a total of 4 days, only one towel allocated per person and that was to be used at the pool as well. Not really very hygienic to be honest. We actually left on the 3rd day due to this. One toilet roll to be used by two people for 4 days and no extra rolls in the apartment. We had to go out an buy an extra roll. One would expect it as all part of the cost. The views definitely made our stay very memorable.
The apartment is neat and comfortable. I loved the decor and absolutely loved the panoramic sea views. It was indeed a cowardice for the soul. The only downside was the stairs.
This was the best organized, most professional service from Mario for any holiday. It felt like home away from home. The location is fantastic, direct access to the beach, close to many of Cape Town's most famous destinations and peaceful, clean surroundings. We definitely had a good rest and will definitely stay there again.

Maria was very friendly and accommodating, even when we asked to stay for one more night. This is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment right on the beach with a splendid view of Cape Town and Table Mountain to Bloubergstrand. It is close to everything you want to do. The security at the place is outstanding. The apartment isn’t modern, but clean. It had cutlery for 4 people equipped with little extras like a stove, microwave, iron and board, laundromat (coin-operated) etc. It was quiet, and we rested well. Will definitely be back.
The accommodation is centrally located and is clean and tidy. The security and staff on site are very friendly and one feels safe. The beachfront accommodation, which is clean and tidy, is all that you need needed. The only thing that can be replaced is the couch in the lounge, which is very uncomfortable and dirty on the sides.
This is a great please, awesome view. Clean and safe. Near all main attractions. Arrangements were done excellently!
The unit is excellently located with a breathtaking view of Table Mountain and the coastline up to Bloubergstrand. The presence of the sea with an unobstructed view of the water will always stay with us. The location is excellent. It's outside Cape Town, yet only 7 km from the V&A Waterfront with fast access routes to the most prestigious wine farms and coastal towns.

Was a nice holiday destination. View of the beach and Tafelberg is breathtaking. A lot to do in Cape Town.
Safe accommodation and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is spacious and offers everything needed for a pleasant stay.
A basic apartment of adequate size and all the facilities provided for a self contained stay. Good value. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable (small and hard) and the place could do with a designers touch, perhaps to please the female guests. Great spot for view of the ocean and walk along the beach and view of Table Mountain and the city.
Currently there is no M-Net or a large selection of sports channels.
The decor is a bit old fashioned and the curtains and bedding could really be replaced as well as the TV! The place will look much better if the decor is more modern.
Although there was a lot of wind on the beach, we experienced very little wind in the apartment.

The one bedroomed apartment was clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was amazing and the walks on the beach were just what this Gautenger's soul needed.
Convenient, comfortable for two. Position was great, and it was clean and tidy.

Place close to the city but away from the hustle and bustle. Wonderful that we could use the Hotel section. Delicious eateries within walking distance of Leisure Bay. Everyone who helped us with the arrangements is nice and accommodating and it was nice to arrive there and there is fresh milk in the apartment. Thank you very much for a lovely break.
Only a few minutes to travel to Cape Town CBD. Almost like a private beach.
