9 guests' feedbackThe house sits high on the Drøevlakte with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and of course the "Sleeping Beauty". Perfectly furnished for a couple or small family. If I could stay there permanently, I would. Lovely people, beautiful fynbos and birdlife. Will definitely go again.
Had a late arrival and was still welcomed at gate with friendly smile and hearty welcome. Cottage was clean, neat and ready to just walk in and relax. Well equipped and comfortable, easy living. Hot water in bathroom and towels were amazing! Comfortable stay and will easily go back again. Had a solar battery problem and owners came in to address the issue immediately. Great service. Thank you for an amazing few days. Loved it!

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect place. Silence and space with beautiful scenery, one cannot ask for more!
We found the accommodation very neat and clean. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
A lovely old stone cottage that is comfortable and well equipped and has lots of character. Beautiful views, and surrounded by fynbos that included flowering ericas when I visited in early April. The big fireplace was welcome on the cold evenings. Sylmanthia is the perfect host.
Loved the cottage, peaceful, beautiful nature, good for the soul.
We really enjoyed being able to bring the dogs along. They really enjoyed the big yard and the fence gave us peace of mind.
