1 guests' feedbackThe house was not clean, we had to clean for ourselves. There was a lot of dust under the couches and bed, even on top of the headboards. The manager came and we showed her the dirtiness, but she couldn't help with the cleaner, she said the lady who cleaned the apartment is unavailable on weekends, but she was willing to give us another cleaner then she said we must pay R250 and we refused because it was their mistake, not ours. At least she could've offered us someone to clean but instead she said she will tell the owner/boss about the situation and from there she never came back until we left the place. Cleanliness is very important especially to some of us because I have sinus and I couldn't sleep, had to wake up very early to clean for myself so that I could sleep peacefully.
