We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very understanding regarding changing the dates. Well done.
My grandson and I stayed there. We had a great time and the service and reception were great. The only problem we encountered was that there was virtually no hot water.
Derek is a very friendly host that made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The place was clean and the bed was super comfortable (so much so that I nearly overslept for the marathon race!).
Our stay at Lemon Tree Cottage was comfortable. It is spacious and has a nice outdoor courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the evening.

Derek was amazing, accommodating us after 9 pm. And our dogs had so much space to run around!
Thank you, Derek. You provide extras like the electric blanket and gas heater which made us very comfy. All very organised and well set up as well as a spacious living area with kitchenette. Good secure parking too.
This was a last-minute booking. Derek and Harley the friendly dogs were amazing. The welcome made one feel right at home. The cottage is well equipped, the rooms are really large and very clean. The Victorian bath was a hit with the Mrs. Outside is a cute braai area and outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Thanks for a great stay and will see you again.
Lemon Tree Cottage is very well located with secure parking. The cottage is comfortable with everything you need for your overnight stay.
Derrick welcomed me and helped me with my rather heavy case - for which I was most thankful. My rooms were comfortable and quiet - so I had a good night's rest. Yoghurt, cereals and toast were available for breakfast with plenty of tea and coffee. Being interested in the history of the area I found Derrick to be a mine of information.
We had a good break there.
Owner received us very kindly and put extra things in, such as coffee and porridge etc. Safe parking and quiet surroundings.
Friendly host. Enjoyed the breakfast he provided. Good mattress on the bed. Can recommend the hotel, delicious food and very affordable.

The owner was happy to see us again and always offered his help if needed. He provided breakfast and we were also able to braai. He even made provisions against the mosquitoes!
