Lemon Tree Guest Rooms was exactly what I was looking for on this trip. It is located in a quiet area, and the Fleurdal mall is within walking distance from the guest room. The hospitality and helpfulness of the owners made my time there exceptional, and I would definitely stay there again.
Cute little place with everything you need. Close to shops and highway. A plus point is the 2 beds and not a double bed. Would definitely recommend it.

It was good! The accommodation was simple, but adequate for an overnight stay. Its proximity to many take-away and sit-down restaurants and shops is a plus. The hosts excelled. We had bought half a lamb in the Karoo and they gladly allowed us to place it in their large freezer overnight.
Yes. The problem is that dogs bark all night. Traffic runs all night. Neighbors make noise until late.

Very comfortable, neat place to stay for guests on their way to or from the Cape. Very secure parking. Dolf, thank you very much for the hospitality and comfortable rooms that are neat and clean. Many thanks also for frozen meat that you helped us store in the freezers and had to get up at five the next morning to return it so that we could leave. Will recommend to other guests anytime.
I would recommend anyone to stay overnight. People are very friendly and kind-hearted.
The unit has 2 beds, a microwave oven, small fridge, kettle, hanging cupboard, ceiling fan, standing fan, other cupboards, TV with channels, WiFi and a very useful bathroom. It is very close to a main route that can take you anywhere in Bloemfontein. Access is from the N1 motorway and it's very easy to get there. I would stay there again anytime.

I stayed twice over the festive season and both my stays were wonderful. Jacobi and Dolf are great hosts and they are so willing to assist in any way possible. I absolutely loved the place and the hosts.

This is a good place to book when you arrive late and leave early the next day. The shower had hot water and the beds were comfortable. There were leads that had been cut off and just taped up. There is a TV with OpenView HD. The decoder had only SABC 3 sport available, it had soccer on. No other channels worked or even displayed in the channel list.
Jacobi and Dolf are great hosts and very caring. I slept on my way to GP and back.
Received so friendly and hospitable. The room is so neat and has everything to make an overnight stay comfortable. The environment is nice and quiet and our two dachshunds had room to move around to make the long drive bearable.

Everything needed for someone who travels, calm, safe and well slept.
I was in Bloemfontein for a business trip, and was received very kindly. All the facilities were clean and functional. There is even a hairdryer and enough two-point plugs to charge a mobile phone. It's conveniently close to the highway, and very easy and quick to get to the city. I would recommend everyone to it.

This venue is ideally located near major highways, yet far enough away so that major road noise is not audible. Conveniently located near a shopping center. The rooms are basic but contain everything that you need including free WiFi, a microwave, fridge, kettle (with complimentary tea and coffee), cutlery and crockery, and electric blankets on the beds. Parking is safe and secure. Booking in and out was really quick and simple.
Have stayed here a few times and keep on coming back as you are private and safe. On my last stay I had to leave unexpectedly very early in the morning, I received a WhatsApp to ask if everything is ok? A week later they followed up to find out if I was doing ok. Feel comfortable to stay there as a lady on a business trip.

Very well welcomed and very hospitable. Neat and clean unit. Room may just need a curtain. The blinds don't close properly and you can see from the street. Just find the safety of one's vehicle is not very good. An electric gate motor would be fine. You have to get out of your car to open the gate. It's very unsafe for me. Gate also swings shut if there is no one to hold the gate. I had to go find a pebble in the street to hold the gate open. Other than that, it was just an overnight room for me. Won't just stay for longer. For the price it is ok.
