The service is excellent. We ordered food beforehand and it was ready when we arrived.

The host at the guest house was very responsive and ensured our stay was enjoyable. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. The rooms were comfortable and everyone we met was friendly.

The stay was very nice. There should just be a rule that guests should respect other guests when returning in the early morning. Some guests were quite noisy in the parking area.

Place is nice and clean with comfortable overnight accommodation, everything needed for a good night's sleep with an air conditioner - which is a bonus. Load capacity is a problem because there was no water from the borehole.
Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast was not available as advertised.

We booked the superior suite and had an awesome time, loved the spa bath was so relaxing. Only 1 thing was brought to our attention: check-in time is not at 12 but at 2. Please change this on your website and if there's loadshedding then there's no water as they have borehole water.
A nice stay spoilt by a few small things; not enough remotes for the gate for the number of rooms, a guest's slops were still in the cupboard, no shower door so floor always got wet and a broken toilet seat.
Wifi was unavailable and TV only has 1 channel.

It was very noisy, especially on Sunday morning and already before 5 o'clock. What really bothered me was the lack of available power plugs. To charge my cell phone, I had to unplug either the fridge, or the TV for a few hours at a time. There was a bedside lamp, but no power plug. The low windows of the room also do not have burglar bars and I did not feel safe enough to open the windows, but the room was clean and comfortable.
Liz was so helpful, the rooms were neat, clean and spacious. The beds were Cloud Nine and very comfortable. Air-conditioning in our unit. We will definitely be going back.

Neat guest house and safety is very good. Although breakfast is advertised we were never informed about it.
Good service. TV had only one channel at a time which had to be changed downstairs at receptions. No dustbin in room. Fridge only put in after first night.
They just have to repair the hole in the roof where you take a shower.
Very cute place. The room is standard and comfortable. The Jacuzzi and sauna are not in working order, although they are advertised as one of the facilities to use.
