Offering self-catering accommodation on the owners' property in Linden, a residential suburb of Randburg, the property is ideal for business travellers or those seeking a comfortable overnight stay within easy reach from Sandton, Hyde Park, Rosebank and all major highways.

The unit can accommodate 2 guests and features an open-plan design, consisting of a sleeping area, kitchenette, and dedicated work space. It is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a separate bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4-plate gas stove, an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast counter. In addition, the unit offers comfy armchairs, a Smart TV, laptop safe, ample cupboard space, and a walk-in dressing room.

There is a small garden area guests can make use of. For an enjoyable braai, a Weber (charcoal unit) and fire pit with a seating area are available. Sunsets from this area are spectacular most nights.

There is a parking space for one vehicle, next to the cottage, behind a garage door that offers secure parking. It is accessible from the unit's own private entrance.

The entrance to the unit is next to the street guard’s wooden hut which provides added security.

There are security cameras and an electric fence all around the property.

House rules
This is strictly a non-smoking unit. Only smoke in designated areas outside. Use provided buckets/ashtrays to put buds into.
Please rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher for a cleaning cycle. Food particles clog the filter and cause a horrible smell and damage to the unit (dispose of food in the bin provided).
No loud noise after 11 pm or before 9 am.
When arriving home or leaving the unit please do not disturb the neighbours.
Please don’t place wet towels or wet washing on the furniture. Please ask the host for a drying rack to hang items on outside.
The upholstered items in the unit - armchairs, ottoman, headboard and mattress are cleaned regularly and if stains are found clients will be billed for the cost to clean items (re-instate uphostety to original state).
The inventory is checked upon departure and breakages/damages will be deducted from the rental deposit. An extra charge will be payable by the rental client to cover costs. Inventory is available in the unit upon arrival.
Damaged to linen or towels will be replaced and billed to the rental client.
There is a gas cooker top in the unit. Please ensure gas is turned off when not in use. Turn the electric oven off when not in use.
The unit has emergency solar backup for load shedding, please use appliances sparingly to conserve the batteries during periods of having no power supply.
There is a Smart TV in the unit, please do not change the settings. Please use your own DSTV login info to access the app. This can be done for Netflix, Prime, etc.
Please keep the entrance/garage door closed and locked for your safety and ours.
Please do not lock the glass sliding door when leaving the unit. This door cannot be unlocked from outside! Warning notice on door.
If keys / remotes are damaged or lost, the rental client will be held responsible for the replacement.
The unit is newly furnished and decorated, please take care of the unit and look after the place.
Please notify the landlord if there are any problems during your stay that need immediate attention.
Laminate flooring can be damaged by water, please make sure you dry up any water to prevent this.
Please do not feed the dog residing at the main house and please keep all gates closed at all times
The outside fire pit and Weber can be used. The Weber uses only charcoal or briquettes and wood is used in the firepit.
Please make sure all fires are extinguished before retiring for the night.
There is a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket inside the unit which are only there for emergency use. If these items are found damaged or missing they will be replaced and costs carried by the rental client.
