This property has 2 parking spaces only: one in the basement and one secure open parking.

DStv decoder connections are not allowed, as the unit has a fixed connection.
Cleaning service is available on request.
Small pets will be allowed at number 310, provided that permission is requested in advance. A photo of the pet is required. No large dogs will be allowed. Only house-trained small breeds are permitted. Pets must be on a leash at all times on the common property.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property.
Guests can negotiate the breakage fee directly with the owner after booking if they find it to be too high.
