1 night was so brilliant.
I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff was very friendly.
From the time we arrived, Bright, the manager, was warm, welcoming and friendly. It was my 60th birthday, and in the morning, management woke me up with a birthday song and champagne, an unexpected, beautiful surprise. When we went to the Hartes dam, he arranged with the owner to take us back to the guest house as we were running late for the massage. Bright (manager) also arranged for my massage to be a house call, which was just fantastic. The Samu SamNols Day Spa staff were amazing all the way.

The room was wheelchair friendly, neat and accessible. My stay there was very pleasant, and I would appreciate being booked in the same room the next time I visit. One thing to adjust is to bring down the kettle from the top of the fridge to a reachable counter. I could not have tea or coffee in the room as a result. Thanks.

Very bad experience. The manager was friendly but guests made noise and ruckus until late at night and he just didn't solve the problem so we packed up at midnight and went looking for another place.
The place is very beautiful and clean.
I couldn't bath Saturday night and their DSTV was not functioning and feel they should at least compensate us with at least free breakfast. Whilst can not totally blame them for the water issue, it seems their DSTV was not paid. For the amount of money paid per night, I expect that minimum TV service. The staff were generally friendly and they helped us to go to the other place on the other side of the valley for bathing.
We booked the place knowing they provide breakfast, but to our surprise, we didn't get any breakfast. We had to go out for breakfast, there on the website they said they provide breakfast.
One of the ladies was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. No coffee in the room, no soap, no drinking water, no milk, no kettle. We just bought our own coffee, milk and water. I also did not get the rooms I booked. The place needs some maintenance. What I can say is that the one lady was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to get more blankets and let us check out late. I was very grateful for that.
My arrival was well welcomed and let me check in earlier as I was coming from far away. On my pre-booking it was stipulated that I would get a pool view room which in the end was not the case. DStv was there, but not working. WiFi is viewable but not made available to you. I asked in advance what was the latest I could come back from the wedding (which is the latest they can open the gate) I was told anytime. In the end I had to stand in front of the gate and wait until seven before someone could open the gate (sleeping in my car in front of the gate), the operator easily pressed 6 times, called the landline 25 times and called 10 personal numbers and bring nothing
Quite dissatisfied with the service. Confirming the booking with the Guest House was a complete hassle. We were made to wait for an hour before checking in because the room was not ready (18:00), the entire booking system seems to be in a state of confusion. The manager was very rude to us, her attitude was not what we expected towards paying customers after all the inconvenience, there was really no reason for her to be quite rude after all the error was made by her staff. There was no water in the morning for bathing, the microwaves didn't work, and after paying so much, we were totally disappointed. The place could use a major upgrade in a number of aspects.
The is false marketing of bed and breakfast hence there is no breakfast that was served. I need a refund of what was supposed to be breakfast. I stayed at the gate longer with no one opening the gate.
The lady who was assisting us with our booking just left us at reception without telling us that she's knocking off. No customer service.

All the things on their website are lies, the DStv was not working properly, there was no water for us as guests to take a bath, even worse they didn't have plan B for water, bad service at its best. It's just expensive for nothing.

I was bitten by bedbugs, the bruises I have on my body are really disturbing. The beds are in a terrible condition, I could literally hear the next person turning sides. Shylet is amazing, I feel she's the one person who keeps the place alive.
The place is very neat, warm service. We felt like we were at home, we were treated like family not guests. I can recommend anyone I know to visit the place.
The owner was extremely accommodating, to the point of even going out and buying airconditioning units because of the hot weather at the time.

What a fantastic warm welcome by Lesego. Great company we had with her husband who also took us on a site visit and arranged a boat cruise for everyone that stayed at their place. Was excellent and we enjoyed our stay at Lesego Holiday Home! The staff, reception and room was really nice. We did the Om die dam race and we where 1.3 km from the start so we didn't have any problems with traffic. Thanks you Lesego we'll see you again next year!

The hostess was very welcoming and very friendly, the house is nice with a lot of room. There are, however, a few things that require attention, for example repairs. All an all adequate, but I do think the H&S regulations need to be updated.
