The staff was extremely nice and moved us to a higher unit due to a faulty television.
Everything was good except no WiFi and the braai area too small for so many people. If a small gas braai was allowed on the balcony that would have been great.
Lovely place, close to beach. Only lacks wifi and a washing machine in the unit.
The rooms need to be updated more, in terms of painting and equipment.
The service is was good and friendly.
The supervisor was very helpful and friendly. She made us feel very welcome. Even the security guard, gardener and maid were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice clean and well laid out. There was just no soap in the bathrooms, but that's understandable, it's not a hotel, it's a self-catering unit. Definitely worth it. Will definitely book with Licorna again in the future.
