Located on the fifth floor and accessed by an elevator, the air-conditioned apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, and a toilet. The other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds, and share the use of a bathroom with a shower, a bath, and a toilet. A double bed is located in the living area. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen which is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and opens onto the patio which offers guests a partial sea view.
The complex offers direct access to the beach, and guests have access to the communal swimming pool, braai area, and laundry facilities. Secure parking is provided, and a security guard keeps a watchful eye. The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays, and unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
Umhlanga offers beautiful beaches for shell searching, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, paddle-boarding, view the annual Sardine Run between May and July, as well as various golf courses and hiking trails. Guests can visit attractions such as the Umhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve, the indigenous woodland of Hawaan Forest, the Beachwood Mangrove Nature Reserve, the Gateway Theatre of Shopping, the Umhlanga lighthouse, the Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom, and the various restaurants, pubs and shopping centres.

8 guests' feedbackWe were moved to Woonstel 60, as there were renovations close to Woonstel 52. The sea view is amazing from 60. The beach is right outside the property. There is nothing I would change.
I enjoyed my stay. Safety, clean, quiet. The beach is right in front of the accommodation. The swimming pools are so clean. I really enjoyed.
Marie honestly helped us a lot and was amazing and waited for us to arrive and received us with very well. I would recommend Licorna any time. One thing I would have liked was WiFi but that wasn't a big problem at all.

Very conviniant. Nice stay.
The roof in the lounge had a leak. A dirty black or brown drip down all the time. We spent so much time constantly cleaning the place. It was dripping on us while we were relaxing there. For 8 people we had only 1 bathroom. The other bathroom, when we opened the taps, had seasand coming out. The pressure of the 1 working bathroom (shower) was so bad. We barely had water coming out to shower. When we reported the faults to the lady there, it was like sorry. They were working on the above floor and it didn't work. The sand was the municipal fault of the burst pipe that happened a few days ago. We paid so much money to be so disappointed. However I do have photos of the faults. I can email it to you. The lady in charge there was not interested in making us feel comfortable or even tried to help with the faults.
The furniture and appliances need an upgrade as they are now very old.
