The home is well laid out and recently renovated, with a great connection between the living and outside braai areas. There is direct access to the beach - exactly what we were looking for, along with perfect weather conditions. It was an ideal spring break!
We have stayed at Lillas Landing on a few occasions and it just keeps getting better. We absolutely love the location and such value for money.
House has everything you need for a nice weekend visit, enough space and places to hang out for a large group inside or outside. Rooms comfortable and tidy. On the sea is a bonus.

Best views ever! The bedding is crisp and clean and the kitchen is well-equipped.
Our stay at Lilla's Landing was superb. Large-scale interior upgrades have been made and it was a huge surprise when we entered the home. We suggest that new photographs be taken to complement the beautiful new design. The home is spacious and the bathrooms delight guests. The humongous flat-screen TV is a huge plus. We recommend that some repair work be made to the kitchen oak doors as they dried out and started to crack. But we understand the owners plan to work on them this July. Overall, hugely positive experience and definitely recommended.
Excellent facilities & location!
There was still a lot of builders dust in the house. 2 towels were dirty. Stompies littered the garden. No can opener. The shutters didn't lock. The upper bedroom door could not be closed and bangs when windy. The back door is almost impossible to unlock/lock. I would suggest the owner does QC on the renovations.
We were 3 families with children. Spacious, clean accommodation with the best view right on the beach. We all loved the long walks on the beach and the beautiful sunsets. The house has everything that you need. Good value for money.

Stunning house and location, beautiful sunset. The best part of Paternoster.
Attention to detail needed. No bath mat in the one bathroom, many basins without soap, only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no sunlight soap at the kitchen sink, one kitchen towel, dustbin lid broken, water pressure in bath upstairs at the back very low, couldn't run a bath for the kids. Dishwasher bottom drawer seems to struggle with the load, not sure if a wheel broken inside. No salt and pepper? Just small things that wouldn't cost alot but would make the stay that much more convenient and for the price paid should have been supplied. No block out curtains in kids room so very bright in the mornings. Dusty under couches and beds. Not very clean. Needs a deep clean. Giving this feedback as small things will make a big difference. Dustpan and brush need to be replaced, very very old and dirty. The instructions on the lekkeslaap email sent me to the incorrect location to collect the keys. This needs to be corrected. Great TV set up and lots of bath towels was good. House needs painting, skirting boards and elsewhere. Upstairs front bedroom, hooks on curtain were broken and curtain was hanging. I had to make a plan. Just attention to detail lacking. Great location and nice open plan layout downstairs.

The perfect getaway right next to the beach away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
We were overwhelmed with joy at the spacious house, with the most incredible views of the sea and parts of Paternoster. We had a winter holiday and the nice braai area inside the house was our fireplace to wipe away the cold in the evenings. With all the space and the lovely outdoor patio, there was plenty of room for everyone. The fact that we could bring our dogs with us made the visit even more special. They enjoyed the walk on the beach as much as we did. We will definitely go back to Lila's again.
Kitchen needs grater, oven gloves and replace all scissors. Minor. Braaier must be bent in at sides, grid falls out when packed. Minor again. Well stocked with all things needed.
The house is very beautiful, it gives you a feeling of home as soon as you enter, feels welcome and is as I would want my own residence. Has everything one would use at home even bread plates. I will definitely go back to Lilla's again.
Dishwasher not in full working order. Shower door opens inwards - illegally.
The house was not cleaned properly, floors were very dirty, mopped for weeks. There is no tumble dryer, lights and fans did not work in some of the rooms. The showers also need attention with black mould. Apart from everything that was wrong, it had been a very nice place with the sea so close.
We had a wonderful stay at Lilla's Landing. The house is so comfortable and spacious and beautifully decorated. It is right on the beach - which was a wonderful adventure for our kids. Our 3 families had a very special stay. Security appears to be an issue in Paternoster at the moment, and one of our cars was broken into outside the home. But the home itself has excellent security and we felt very safe at night. We hope to be back to this very special home.
Excellent facilities and ideal for a large family group. Front door has difficulty in locking but does work with a little effort. Breathtaking views of the bay.
Everything was perfect (after the lights were fixed). A fantastic place to spend a holiday - just a pity that it was so short! The only change that I will make is the tea cups and smaller cups to drink from - even though it didn't take away from our stay!

Key- and breakage deposit:
Key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order. Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found to be utilising the premises. Please furnish us with your banking details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key and breakage deposit has been received.
Minimum stay required:
2 nights in low and mid-season
3 nights over long weekends
4 nights over Easter weekend
7 nights in high season
Guests must first visit our offices to check in and get their keys.
