10 guests' feedbackDelightful cottage with stunning views from the kitchen window. Everything was very comfortable. The couch outside was not usable, but as the weather was not the best, this did not cause us a problem.
The bedrooms were beautifully presented. The living area and kitchen had everything we needed. The entertainment area in the back was absolutely perfect with nice soft lighting, a good braai, and lounge chairs. The little splash pool was a godsend, especially with the heat. We felt secure the whole time we were there. Well done to all.
The house was wonderfully cozy and comfortable with so much character. I could easily stay there for a whole week or more. We will definitely go again.

Loved Limoncello, all was perfect!
It is a very charming house and cool in the heat of summer. The house has a lovely outside area and is well-equipped. The kitchen is charming and the decor is thoughtful. If you like a quirky place, this one is for you. The main bedroom ensuite is fantastic. However, they need blinds on the windows. Fans in every room, which was fantastic. My only caution is that the 3rd bedroom is tiny - you can't have two people move around there and someone claustrophobic wouldn't manage it. It is fine for a child. It also doesn't have a proper cupboard - just a chest of drawers which isn't sufficient. This was disappointing as the pictures don't show this room adequately. I would also point out that adding a dishwasher is essential for the price of this property. Doing dishes on holiday is not much fun and in this day and age, all the places we've been to have one. The property needs a bit of TLC - rising damp on lounge/dining room walls. Other than that, it's a charming property with a lovely feel. The pool is adequate and has a nice built-in seat which was super.
We had a nice time. Everything was accurate as advertised. Only negative point, the house was dusty but not dirty.
Limoncello was a perfect place for a few days away with friends. Close to the main street and in the town for walking and exploring the surrounds. Having the wood stove was a bonus for the chilly evenings.
The house was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. There were one or two things that concerned us, but we had a good time.
It was an easy walk to the river and we enjoyed all the bird life. This home has 3 bedrooms and large entertainment areas. We stayed with our family and friends and because there were a few of us, we would have liked to have a dishwasher available to use. Otherwise, the house was lovely and well-situated.
