50 guests' feedbackTent house was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. Comfortable free in nature.
Experience the magnificent grandeur and freedom of the Karoo in suitable accommodation.
Very nice and safe farm with very friendly host and excellent cottage and well cared for.
Koot and Annemarie received us very well and made us feel welcome. The A-frame cabins are very nice and tidy and we slept warm. The view is of course fantastic. God's creation on full display. Ate nice farm food.
The Karoo is a picture of rest and finding yourself. Here you can do exactly that. I wish we could stay there longer.
Sincere friendly reception and attention to detail. Everything neat and really tidy.
It was fine, quiet, restful.
Had a great stay and really enjoyed the hospitality. Beautiful.
We had a great experience!
We hope to return again soon.
From the time we got there until we had to drive, was just amazing. Koot and his wife thank you very much for an amazing experience that we will never forget.
It is in such a remote and beautiful place. The tent was great, I didn't miss anything. Kloot is a really nice host, he was even so spontaneous as to go horse riding one hour after I arrived. The scenery is beautiful and the night sky is really remarkable. I enjoyed the stay a lot. Would definitely come back.
The personal interaction made it feel like home. It was an experience to be able to experience the beautiful scenery. Thank you very much for the delicious meals and the warm hospitality.
The tranquility was much appreciated. The place is well furnished and you don't need anything extra. Hospitality was very welcoming.
Nice and serviceable tent with all necessities. Koot received us very well and made us feel welcome.
It is a very nice, adventurous place. Away from luxury and in nature.
The space is somewhat limited, but for our purposes it was sufficient. The host is excellent.
Felt very safe as a solo female traveller and in such a beautiful setting. Peaceful and comfortable! Would definitely go back for longer next time and do some of the hikes.
One feels at home after the way Koot welcomed us. Great experience.
Nice stargazing, and really enjoyed the sheep and small kudu.
We only stayed overnight. Slept well and the place was well equipped for that. Would recommend for overnight visitors.
Very nice experience, a warm friendly welcome for sure. Beautiful farm and lots to do. Not far from Cradock if you run out of/or need anything.
The Peperboom tent was a really interesting and a relaxing experience. It's private, It's quiet and the views are beautiful. A very curious location that resemble very ancient masonry in the mountains and hills. Definitely a place to check out if you are a geology buff.
Wonderful time, and 4x4 easy trail, but absolutely great.
This is a lovely spot just outside Cradock. Incredibly relaxing and Koot is such a great host. Would definitely visit again.
We ordered dinner extra and Koot brought the most delicious food and set a beautiful table under the trees!
The farm and surroundings are very beautiful, however we come from Gauteng and were surprised that there was no fence around the camp's tent section, at night there were animals sniffing at the tent, I suspect a mouse dog or a rattlesnake, but if I went outside they were gone, when one lay down again, the sniffing and banging on the tent started again after about 10 minutes, it kept us a little awake. I also mentioned this to the owner.
We were on our way to Port Elizabeth and stayed two nights. We enjoyed it.
When you get used to the city's noise and the busy life, that weekend away from everything and everyone makes things so different that you don't want to go home at all. In the morning you wake up to the chirping of the birds and the quiet nature. At night you fall asleep with the silence of the night that you can never get used to. The natural beauty and kindness and hospitality of Oom Koot and wife is as if the people have known us for years.
We were kindly received by the management who were very helpful.
I booked the log house instead of the tent with the idea that it would at least have a door that could lock since I was traveling alone. Unfortunately the door could not close. At least there were no alarming incidents then. Furthermore, the place is neat and clean and located nice and close to the road.
We were very kindly received by Koot van der Merwe and his family. Accommodation exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay there again. We already miss Percy's little face that used to stop by often. Value for money.
Really enjoyed the farmhouse and the experience on the farm. The MTB routes enjoy the Grootbergbos was a nice challenge in the rain! The children thoroughly enjoyed the horse riding and all the stories of the farm fascinated them as well. Recommend the experience to everyone.
The tent was well furnished, nice and clean. The bathrooms were also very neat. Koot received us kindly and immediately made us feel at home.
Small lodge in the middle of a working sheep/goat farm. In a remote part of the farm on a mountain. Away from everyday noise. Great hosts. Great dinners. Hiking, MTB, 4x4. Boys had a great time in the outdoors. Love Percy the sheep who is chairman of the welcoming committee.
From arrival to departure was an experience that was heavenly. Good peaceful environment with birdsong that forces you to calmness to relax peacefully.
Hidden gem in a fantastic location. Great people. Excellent service. Many extra activities. We will return soon to rekindle the experience. Thanks Linduli!
Linduli is safe and the environment is beautiful. Had a wonderful sleep under the Karoo stars.
Great service, come as guests and leave as friends. Well located and secluded, yet close to Cradock. Can really recommend Linduli.
The Mountain Hut. What an incredible place to end a year of extraordinary circumstances. You are surrounded by unspoilt natural beauty, grassy plains, mountains and silence. Add to that the warm hospitality of the hosts Koot and Annemarie who go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible; and you know you made the right choice. From your arrival to your reluctant departure, you are carried on your hands and you find rest for your soul. If you are looking for a unique experience, Linduli Lodge's Berghut is the place to be. If in doubt; still go and pay a visit, you won't regret it. You meet Koot and his family as strangers and leave each other as friends.
The sheep definitely makes us feel welcome.
We can recommend Linduli Lodge to any travellers!
We loved our stay in Tierklip, Linduli Lodge. The farmhouse is old yet maintained boasting big bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and pillows. The house has everything we needed and more to cook and braai with a fully equipped kitchen. There were games to play and a lovely dam pool to swim in. The surrounding walks were beautiful, and the remote location was perfect to have some alone family time. The garden is well kept, and we spent much time playing and enjoying the space around the house.
Very quiet, clean and tidy. But I would say it is for the slightly more adventurous.
A bit of a field mouse problem for any people who have a phobia of them, bag spider pretty much sprayed the whole can, but had a great night for me!
Nice environment.
Wonderful hosts and place to stay.
Very nice and quiet. Everything you need. Will sleep there again. Service great. From the day you book, you know what there is to do. Will stay there again.
Highly recommend. Nice location. Owner very helpful and sleeping places are clean and nice. Will definitely visit there again. Karoo experience 1000%.
