I had a very nice and peaceful stay with very good service.
Yes, very nice. Just want to make a suggestion to just give some coffee and sugar.
Well organized host. The house is very safe. We had easy access to the highways as well as shopping centers.
Good value for money.
The rooms were spacious. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with all you need. All over an awesome stay in a well-secured house.
Lovely spacious accommodation. No toaster. A little bit of general upkeep is needed in some areas. Anna was very helpful.
Cars were parked behind 2 gates. There was an alarm system we could use. It's close to shopping areas and China Mall. Could use upgrades in small things (eg., coasters, cheap painting where the TV's used to be, the beeping from the electric fence could be silenced), but for the price we paid, it was a good deal. The owner and personnel were easily reachable.
Ideal for a group of friends.
Will be returning in the future! 12 min drive away from Nasrec which was really convenient for us! Safe, quiet area.
Our stay at Liv-In-Mondeor was very pleasant, peaceful and safe. Steven and Anna were really very helpful during our stay. The house is spacious and very well furnished and safe.
The owner kept me up to date via WhatsApp with directions, load shedding schedules and was very helpful when I accidentally set off the alarm. I felt safe and felt that he had my best interest at heart. His on-site assistant was nice and helpful.
It was great for our visit. Worked out very well. Lovely house.

Great attention to customer satisfaction.
This is the second time we have stayed and once again like last time our expectations were met. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The house was also beautifully clean. Would definitely recommend it.
The bedding was dirty and smelt of sweat. Unpleasant smell in wardrobes. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly. There are cockroaches of all sized residing in the kitchen. Not pleasant.

It's was very nice but cold, heater is needed, but other than that I love it and will tell others.
Place was good, neat and safe in a very good, quiet area. Close to South Gate Mall.
Would definitely recommend to friends. Once a year we make our way to Nasrec for a conference, and would stay here again. Steven was excellent and kept us updated.
