This tastefully decorated, free-standing house comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and features a full en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. This room also has a flat-screen TV. The second room is equipped with 2 single beds, and has access to the second separate bathroom.
Each bedroom also features ample closets with a laptop safe to store your valuables. The open-plan fully fitted kitchen contains a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The living area also has a flat-screen TV, and the dining area opens onto a patio, which has a built-in braai area and lovely views of the estate and distant sea.
The estate features an adults swimming pool and a splash pool for toddlers; a kiddies play area that has sand pits, slides, jungle gyms, swings and volleyball nets; a restaurant, bar, a spa, conference facilities, and 2 private beaches. The Garden Route Casino is located next door to the estate.

11 guests' feedbackJan was always available to help, not that I needed help. Everything is in the lodge. Just bring a toothbrush. Silver clean, everything works and pure white bedding, which just proves everything is kept 100% clean.
Chartè went out of her way to make sure our booking was as painless as possible.
As a suggestion, there could perhaps be "rechargeable" lamps so that one does not sit in pitch darkness during loadshedding.
No WiFi was available as per description on the web page. The owner may want to consider rechargeable lights or solar lights for use during load shedding.
The place is clean, got a great view, could not log on to the WiFi, the DStv was switched off by the owner and the reception said on their system DStv was not available in that lodge, you need to remove satellite tv available from your advert for the lodge. I would not recommend the restaurant at Pinnacle Point, the service is terrible, got served 2 different wines that were both off, did not have everything on the menu.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lodge 33. The unit was deep cleaned on a daily basis and was well-equipped with all the necessities which a family would require. The unit is spacious with magnificent sea-views. We will most definitely make use of this unit again in the near future.
The visit was not restful at all. Construction of a new house right opposite Lodge 33 is taking place and except for the weekend, we had to endure terrible noise from around 07:00 to 17:00 each and every day. We strongly feel the website and the owner had an obligation to inform us about this, in which was we would not have made the booking. The advert indicated that there was a dishwasher in the unit, however a sign in the kitchen indicated that the dishwasher was for the owner's use only! Secondly the housekeeping service was appalling. Fresh towels were not supplied as indicated. We had to contact the owner for a response. The housekeeping staff is not competent at all. Dishes were not washed properly - just rinsed under the running tap! No concern for the desperate water shortage in that area! Wall to wall carpets were not vacuumed, but swept with a broom creating a lot of dust. These are just a few examples.
The unit is very clean, tidy and offers everything that guests need. Service on the estate is excellent throughout. We've been to the estate before and it's good to see it's very well maintained - will definitely go again!
Beautiful sea views and everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. Warm duvets and linen perfect for the cold evenings! Spacious living area and rooms.
Truly wonderful place, tranquil, cosy and well equipped. Beautiful area.
Lodge 33 is highly recommended.
