Stay was good. Beds were uncomfortable. Fortunately, it was only a night's stay.
It was a good stay. not bad at all.
Only needed overnight accommodation and it was perfect. Had a warm welcome. Staff very friendly and the family room was neat and clean and perfect for our purpose.
The manager of the lodge was over-friendly, the fridge in the kitchen was dirty, it had mould on it everywhere. The pool was dirty and we were looking forward to a nice swim. The beds were full of dust. The dog was too much in our space and we are not really dog lovers. All in all, we did not enjoy our stay and that is also the reason why we checked out early.
I spent one night there.
The reception was warm. Matt is a particularly friendly and helpful person. He really goes the extra mile for his customers.
Matt and Tiaan are wonderful hosts who went out of their way to provide me and my daughter with as much information as possible regarding the special places to visit around Oudtshoorn. The rooms and other facilities on the premises are neat and you feel part of a family. I will persuade my friends and family to use Lodge 96 and I myself will certainly stay there again.
