10 guests' feedbackStay was good. No complaints about the Lodge Bellagio. Only disappointment is that it is written bed and breakfast, yet no breakfast was served. It was said that it comes at an additional price of R200, although on the site it said it was included in the price.
I would like to thank your staff for their effort and comfort given to us! The breakfast provided to us was perfect, also the lady from the kitchen was so helpful and the service given was excellent.

Lodge Bellagio was a nice place to stay in.
We hope the owner will consider offering a 50% refund. It was disappointing and we learned an expensive lesson. The place is noisy, slamming doors and partying all night so you don't get any sleep. The pipe in the bathroom leaks puddles of water onto the floor. It classifies as a "Backpackers" rather than a Lodge, judging by how guests walk around bare-chested in the dining room and party late into the night. The dining room overlooks the dirt from the previous night's party.
The guesthouse is gppd. although more can be done by the Local Council to fix the potholes in the streets. Staff were wonderful.
