I have been here many times and will go back again and again. Good service and nice clean place.
This is our second time checking in at Loerie when we have appointments in George. Usually these are doctor/specialist/theatre appointments. This is definitely our home away from home, feels safe and comfortable. It's beautiful all around us, and there is no such thing as effort.

We felt very welcome at Loerie Guest Lodge. The breakfasts were delicious and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants. There was also a lovely braai area which we utilised and a communal kitchen that had everything we needed. Thank you.

Unit is very tastefully furnished with very good king size bed. Bathroom was beautiful. Delicious breakfast the next morning included in the price. Safe parking for my bakkie and large trailer. Close to many restaurants, within walking distance.

I would like to bring to your attention that Loerie Guest Lodge undertakes, as part of their housekeeping, that the bedding will be changed every 3 days, which did not happen with us. Our bedding was on the beds for 6 days, without changing. There were also dark stains on the duvet cover, similar to oil stains, as well as yellow stains on the white towels. The units are located around the pool, which causes constant noise (shouting) at the pool, especially during holidays when children stay there with their parents. The guest house's staff did not address them.
Was pleasant, but power went out at 10 in the evening (except lights). The main gate was automatic, which means anyone could've gotten in. The small gate that we had a key for was open on numerous occasions.

The overnight stay was comfortable with a good breakfast.
Provide electricity where there is a mirror! Maybe provide more two point power points. Option to walk out (not driving to open gate). Toilet before toilet (even portable toilet will work). Room 7.

The stay at Loerie was wonderful. We could enjoy our privacy. The service was great. The kitchen staff were especially very nice. The one receptionist who was on duty the second morning was also very friendly and asked if we slept well. She also helped us when we wanted to barbecue and needed a barbecue bowl and barbecue forks. Another also helped us heat up our leftover meat the day after. The place is nice and clean and is regularly kept tidy and provided with fresh and clean towels. Thank you very much for everything.
