Slept well except for street noise and very warm in the roof room for the much money. Deluxe?
For five star accommodation it is very poor. Maybe three star. The maintenance on the unit we stayed in is very poor. No hot water in the morning when we wanted to shower. We booked a table at reception for dinner at the restaurant. When we got there, our name was not on the list. They then made a plan. Very disappointed. The food was good.
The upstairs room access was tricky, not recommended for older folk. Tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, furniture was poorly finished, aimed at aesthetic appearance. The air conditioner repair was hampered by non availability of appropriate technical backup over the weekend, understandable.
Book directly at the restaurant. Very nice food. Good Wi-Fi.

From walking into reception, the dinner reservation at the on-site restaurant, the most beautiful gardens and decor in rooms, the bedtime surprise at my bedside table to the special breakfast the next morning. Wow! It was a special treat for me! Well done. If I am in that area, I will definitely drive extra kilometers to experience that luxury again. Would give you guys a 20 out of 10.
