59 guests' feedbackFrom the outside it doesn't look special, but inside it is beautifully appointed with everything you need, including WiFi, air conditioning, electric blanket for the cold, milk in the fridge, coffee station, biscuits and cereal for breakfast. It's located right next to the main street, but safely behind a gate. Walking distance from restaurants. Charl is a very helpful and considerate host.
Unit 2 had no teaspoons.
Our unit was very well-equipped and clean. Everything worked as expected, and we were very comfortable. It is centrally located and within walking distance of eating places. We were impressed.

We spent the night on our way to Augrabies. The accommodation really met all our needs.
Neat, is self catering despite that there was milk in the fridge and breakfast cereal.
Charl was in WhatsApp communication with me the whole time and kept us updated on the load shedding schedule that could affect our comings and goings. Thank you for the friendly service and hospitality at Loeriesfontein Windpomp Gastehuis which made our overnight stop on our leisurely tour of the Northern Cape and part of the Western Cape a pleasant experience.
It had all the amenities one requires.
My disappointment in location was that it was on main road through town, so everyone going past looked straight in if the door is open.
Had a good time in a friendly town. Would like to stay longer there again. What a wonderful hospitable town. Nice place to eat the Bushmanland.
Just look at the shower spout. The water does not run out fast enough. This may lead to a blockage later. You have literally thought of everything one needs. Thank you for the service and kindness - even if it was only over the phone.
The guest house is well located in the town centre. We were able to walk to everything there was to see.
The village is small and located in dry area. Consists mainly of farming community. The impression I got is that most of the community is poor and job opportunities are minimal.

The accommodation is very basic, but there is everything you need for an overnight stay. Not necessarily suitable for more than a day or two as the "living" section is very small. However, the kitchen is well equipped.

After a long day on the road, we spent the night at Die Windpomp Gastehuis on the main street of Loeriesfontein. Lize was very helpful and quickly showed us how to use the security gate and remote control. The unit is very modern, nicely furnished and cutely planned. Just a pity that the free internet's password didn't work.

Loeriesfontein Windpomp Guest House is a very neat, clean and comfortable guesthouse. The rooms are so nice and the bathrooms are tidy and clean. We were very tired after a long day of dirt roads and were pleasantly surprised with the rooms. Although breakfast is not served at the guesthouse, they had delicious cereal and rusks available. Definitely recommended!
