Great location with sea view. Easy walk to shops or beach. Spotless and fully equipped. Inverter for loadshedding. We really enjoyed our stay there. The deck is wonderful and plenty garden space for our dog to run around. There is stairs, but my 82 year old parents managed them fine. Only negative is very soft pillows.
We had a great time for our wedding anniversary getaway weekend. The house was clean and tidy and the beds slept great. The ceiling fans are very nice in every room. It is walking distance from the main beach and you can hear the waves breaking when you sit on the porch and watch the water. We will visit again!
The Log Home is everything you want in a getaway home. Walking distance from the sea, shops and restaurants. The house is fully equipped with, among other things, a coffee machine, dishwasher, WiFi and a lovely large TV. The fireplace came in handy during a cold, wet West Coast weekend. The house is spacious and has a nice yard. We can't wait for our next visit there!

We had a lovely holiday in Log Home. The house is fully equipped to make a holiday comfortable: washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fans in every room, outside shower to wash off the sea sand; dartboard etc etc The owner Mandrid goes out of his way if you have any questions. He even bought a battery station so that the TV and WiFi can work during loadshedding. Thanks Mandrid! The house is lovely centrally located, walking distance from the sea, Spar and Rosemend Bakery (best croissants ever). We will definitely be back again!
Beautiful cozy wooden cabin type house on stilts. Very spacious outside for the dogs and children and completely fenced. All that is missing is a swimming pool. Furthermore, it is very comfortable and cozy. Walking distance from the sea. So, if you can do a quick hop, you'll be on the sand in 10 minutes! We had a very nice stay.

Although a bit pricey for only three of us, it was well worth it. Spacious and central, with a safe, fully walled garden to accommodate our doggie. We had a lovely stay and would come again. I suggest a step-ladder for those not tall enough to reach the back of the top kitchen cupboards. Nice braai, and the gas bottle was a lifesaver during load shedding.

Everything one could need was available. You feel as at home there as in your own home. The aunt who received us is very friendly and goes the extra mile.

You literally only need to take your food and clothes with you. My daughter is a chef and she was quite surprised to see that even an electric beater was available. Will definitely go again.

We took my parents with us and my father in particular was very impressed with the house's architectural style and layout. Comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Enjoyed the sea view from the deck and also star gazing in the evening.

We would definitely rent it again and recommend. It is really worth the stay and money.
We went to stall for a few days and managed it. The village is eerily quiet, the beach stretches as far as a very fit person can walk and the house lends itself to little or no maintenance. Furthermore, the house and kitchen are very well equipped and have most articles that one needs. The service of the agent is excellent and there is no waiting time or problem in contacting the person or getting her attention. We will definitely use the Log Home again.

I would highly recommend this place to any family, couple, pals or family. Everything that can open and close to make the stay away from home comfortable is there. The Spar has everything you need within walking distance and the beach just around the corner - even for an unfit Transvaler like me, the walk there was comfortable and lovely in the fresh air.
The Log Home was an excellent experience, arrangements were easy and accurate. The house was super neat and clean, the sheets and towels were luxurious. Good beds. It's like your own home, maybe just a little cleaner and better! Alarm system works. Lovely garden, and close to the sea.

This is the first time we had found a place with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The books and DVD's were also great entertainment on the cold days. Will definitely go back.
