Longbeachview is a luxurious and private self-catering villa situated on the slopes of the Silvermine Mountains as part of Table Mountain National Park, just 30 minutes drive from the Cape Town city centre. The villa offers spectacular sea and mountain views; watching the sunset from the terrace is a treat not to be missed.
The beautifully furnished villa can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a well-planned living area that flows from the kitchen, dining and lounge area to a wind-protected terrace.
The main bedroom contains 2 single Tempur adjustable electric beds that can be converted to a king-size bed, with winter and summer duvets, a walk-in dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. The room features a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a safe. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. This room has use of a separate bathroom, across the passage, that contains a shower, a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. All 3 of the bathrooms have a ceiling heater and extractor fan.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes an oven and gas hob, an extractor fan, a dishwasher, a tumble-dryer, a washing machine, a water cooler and purifier, a fridge/freezer and a coffee maker. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features a fireplace and a flat-screen Smart TV with a sound bar. The living area opens to the terrace with outdoor furniture. The saltwater swimming pool is heated and the area has sun loungers and is surrounded by a beautiful garden.
There is no load shedding or power outages since there is a solar system in place.

The villa is protected by an alarm system linked to a security company. Parking is available in a double garage with automatic doors.
