The Blitzkrieg visit in the Cape was unplanned and went haywire due to medical and travel costs and accommodation circumstances, but Joye went out of her way and motivated us with open arms and accommodated us that the success was only due to her. The flat offered everything we needed as during the day we were by the side of our elderly parents in Brackenfell, Ruwari and at night the flat became our inn of rest and dinner/breakfast. Joye's support and friendly reception speaks volumes of caring and true principles and integrity for her fellow human beings. Thank you! Thanks for everything! We will definitely stop by again but preferably under better social conditions where we can use and enjoy everything, and at least dip our bodies or toes in the West Coast Sea. We can wholeheartedly recommend Losperd Crescent as a nice, exclusive utility accommodation gem that has already stolen our hearts. We will definitely see you again - 2023.
The quiet environment is exactly what i needed after a long week and Losperd Crescent was the perfect spot!
The owner responded quickly to inquiries. The yard is fenced and I could park safely right in front of the apartment. The apartment was neat, clean and comfortable. I can highly recommend the apartment.

On arrival we were 3 hours too early to book in, but we were kindly accommodated and we could immediately occupy the house. The 3 bedroom house is fully equipped with everything you need and Waldo was just a phone call away. Everything in the house worked and was clean and tidy. A lot of attention has been paid to detail. We would originally have been 6 people, but in the end it was just me and my husband and Waldo offered us an extra night which was not necessary at all, but very welcome, because there was so much to do and what else we wanted to see. The MyCiti Bus stop is just across the road which is a bonus as we left our vehicle at home and went everywhere by bus. I would highly recommend Losperd Crescent and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Quiet atmosphere. Very neat, spacious rooms with clean towels and even something sweet on the bed! In the kitchen there are enough cups, glasses and plates for 10 people. Even coffee and enough milk! Everything was perfect. The TV didn't want to work when we arrived, but Joey quickly made a plan with the DStv. Thank you so much for everything! We will recommend you. Definitely value for money.

What an awesome stay. Joey was a wonderful hostess and the house is great for a family. This home has everything including the basics like tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival - Thanks for that! Lots to do in and around Duynefontein / Melkbos and the kitchen is adequate for home cooking. Even books available on the shelf. Highly recommend this accommodation and it was very affordable during the winter school holidays.

Very good value for money. About 8 minutes' drive from Melkbosstrand. The house was spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed. The owners were friendly and helpful. Although not the nicest area/neighbourhood to stay, it was close enough to the beach and Melkbosstrand. The value for money and clean tidy interior of the house definitely makes up for it. I would like to comment on how satisfied we were with the service provided to us by the owners. During my recent trip, seven friends and I were lucky enough to stay at this wonderful apartment for eight nights on our way to Cape Town. I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service we received during our stay. Waldo and his wife were very helpful and deserve a lot of praise for their excellent customer service. The house is well maintained and very clean, as well as very spacious. Nothing less than what the ad on the website describes. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Cape Town.

Joey was a very friendly hostess. We had a nice stay in the big house. House was clean and tidy. Just missing a few items like steak knives and serving bowls etc. Hostess said she would make a job of it right away. Can recommend Losperd to any person, especially for a large group, it can sleep 9 people (we were 5). It is not always easy to find a house for such a large group. Will definitely use it again.
