I don't know how this guest house can be 4 star. 1. Blinds were broken. 2. No extra toilet paper for the few days we were there - had to use tissues as none were available on day 2 when we returned from the wine farm at 17h00. 3. There was no water one morning - couldn't shower! 4. Asking our "breakage fee" because my girlfriend spilled (no more than 50 ml) of a take-away coffee on the bedside table! 5. Wasn't a king size bed, could easily feel the middle of the two single beds pushed side by side!
The Wine tasting was awesome and informative. The breakfast was top notch the place is safe and well maintained.

We enjoyed our time at LovanE Boutique Wine Estate & Gust House. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. On arrival we received a complimentary bottle of wine which we loved, and had it straight away on the sunny deck in front of the room. Also loved the very spacious bathroom.

The presentation here was also great and gave us a new appreciation for real wines with the right foods. The accommodation includes a delicious breakfast that has been tastefully prepared. We received a complimentary bottle of red wine which for me was one of the best I have ever drunk. Apparently it's their Cabernet Sauvignon. Really special. The breakfast is available absolutely on time and will not interfere with other appointments. Many thanks to all the people who work there.

The only problem was delivery of food. Lovane only has breakfast available and we were there with a light delivery van and trailer which makes it very difficult to drive to a restaurant. Uber Eats and Mr Delivery don't seem to deliver there. LovanE should see if they cannot make such services available to their guests.

I am a very fussy guest and have left a few guest houses and hotels to look for other accommodation. There are basic requirements that accommodation should meet. The way in guests are greeted - the manager came to greet us personally. The rooms are very neat and spotless. We made a few requests to the manager and she did everything she could to accommodate us. From bookings at restaurants to a cup of coffee when an old friend came to visit. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Everything was tops. I can strongly recommend the guest house. Thank you for an enjoyable visit.

LovanE is a beautiful wine estate near Stellenbosch. The view over Stellenbosch's mountains is breathtaking! The staff are friendly and helpful and they make the most delicious breakfast! The rooms are nice and clean and secure parking is available! A nice early morning run past all the farms is ideal! In three words: convenient, affordable and delicious!
The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and there is even a booklet in each room that recommends nearby places to eat, has rental car numbers and so on. Breakfast was generous and the wine tasting lovely. We will definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay. Bed was comfortable, room clean, breakfast excellent. My only complaint was that we should have been informed at the time of booking that the on-site restaurant is closed on a Sunday night. Because we knew we were going to arrive late, we planned on eating in the restaurant, and had to find a last minute alternative - not an easy task when most of Stellenbosch is closed on Sunday nights.

Lovane is a quiet B&B outside Stellenbosch. We chose this place because it was close to Spier and in comparison with other B&B boutique hotels, much cheaper. The double room is big enough for two people, bedding is excellent quality and we slept like babies. Bathroom area consist of a big shower. The room was very clean and it was a pleasant overnight stay. Coffee and tea are available in the room as well s a mini bar. The coffee bags do not work well and I would propose going back to the granules sachets like you had in the past. The breakfast the next morning was fine with eggs to order.
The guest house is very neat. Breakfast is excellent. The perosneel is extremely helpful. Is recommended.

Description
The Bridal Suite has a spacious bathroom with a bath and a shower. In-room amenities include air-conditioning, a TV with selected channels, fully stocked minibar, tea- and coffee-making facilities, including a Nespresso machine. The room leads out onto a private wooden deck.
