Hermi is the perfect hostess, who immediately made you feel welcome and at home, and on top of that, left us spoiled food and drinks in the unit. The arrangements, communication and directions were excellent, the car was securely locked so we could just relax. Thank you very much, Hermi, we appreciate everything.

Unfortunately the power was off all the time during our stay. We understood and accepted that it was something beyond the guest house's control. But then there were also no candles or lamps that we could light for light. Maybe the owner just needs to look into it.

We stayed there only 1 night. It was comfortable and everything needed was there and in working order. It was well located for my appointment at Groenkloof Hospital and close to a shopping centre. Secure parking and everything was tidy.
I was just unhappy that the EFT voucher was not enough for the payment, because the money doesn't show in your account until the next day.
Hermi and her husband were fantastic hosts and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Well located for a stay at Love, Joy and Peace Cottage. It is a peaceful area where we could have a nice barbecue and relax. The place is well equipped. The shower may be a bit small and larger built persons may find it difficult to shower.
Place was neat but very small. Would have liked aircon as it was very hot and with open door and windows mosquitos bothered and not safe.
We never saw owners (only spoke on phone about double booking problem, a gent was already staying in the unit and they had to ask him to move and then clean the cottage for us), saw maid on day arrived and departed (keys), room is very small, tv didnt work, bathroom very spokey, a large man would have trouble getting in and out of shower. Mats in bathroom and bedroom were dirty. Towels were not changed in 4 nights, not servied at all, path to cottage narrow and dark at night and when it rained we had to walk through ankle deep puddles. This was our first unhappy stay anywhere in the country with Lekker slaap. I would recomend you remove them from your listing so it doesn't tarnish you reputation. Thanks to Charne (our Agent) for all your calls and for taking care of us. Hopefully we will not experience this situation again.

GPS takes you to all entrances that are closed after six. Bells at home rang for a long time before they were answered. When I got into the car to look for another place, the housekeeper came out. The telephone number of owner does not appear.
Love, Joy and Peace Cottage is a very neat and safe cottage at the back of the owner's yard. Apart from the fact that the cottage is in a security controlled area, the yard is completely enclosed and one's vehicle is parked behind an automatic car gate. Guests receive a remote control, which makes access very easy and convenient. The bathroom is very nice, but the limited space is not inconvenient for one night's sleep. What is inconvenient is the fact that there is too little hot water. In the evening there was hot water to shower in, if the cold water tap was not turned on at all, but in the morning the hot water ran out very quickly and we had to shower in ice cold water. We did bring it to Gladys' attention. No apology was offered.
I enjoyed my stay I felt home.

Fantastic hosts. Great accommodation with plenty of bird life.
The cottage is small and compact, well equipped and tidy. The security lights around the neighbors' houses illuminated the room brightly, which again gives reassurance for safety and security. There was plenty of warm blanket and the electric blanket worked well (just turned it off soon). Thanks to the host family for the lovely place to sleep.

Love, Joy and Peace is located in a quiet residential area and the self-catering apartment is neat, private with all the necessary facilities. It is a self-catering unit, but there was muesli and yoghurt for breakfast as well as biscuits, coffee and milk. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
