Located in the secure Luwandla complex, Luwandla 12 is a spacious self-catering townhouse set on the lush outskirts of the St Lucia Estuary. This is an ideal option for a tranquil break from the hustle and bustle of the city as it is situated opposite an indigenous forest with warthogs, red duiker and monkeys. It is the ideal location for a family holiday as guests have access to a communal swimming pool and it is only a short drive from the Blue Flag beaches.

This unit can accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and the third bedroom has 1 bunk bed. There is another sleeping area with 1 bunk bed. Guests share 2 bathrooms, the first of which has a bath and a toilet and the other a shower and a toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The living area includes a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with Openview channels.

Through the sliding glass door, there is a covered patio with a table and seating as well as a built-in braai. Guests have full access to the complex’s communal swimming pool to cool off. There is secure parking available in the complex for guests’ vehicles.
