Amazing service from the time I checked in. The birthday setup for my friend was beautiful. She loved her gift box they gave her. The host was so friendly. The security guard was so helpful. When I couldn't find my parking bay, he walked with me from the gate to show me where I should park. That I call excellent service. I will definitely book again by the Knightsbridge luxury apartment.
Had a great stay. Apartment is very nice with a nice view. Check-in process is just very unpleasant.
